Am dying of bad credit debt i need help?
i need a help from any one who can get me out of this bad credit debt its drowning me..

I am in bad credit debt and am out of solutions.?
I have a better job, lowered by spending drastically to only necessary items, talked to my creditors to work something out with no success, applied for personal and debt consolidation loans with no success, less then a month to come up with a solution. I can't stand the pressure with another job altho I will take one if I have to . I am staying with my sister helping her with rent and health situation. I am out of options and sanity. Can anyone give me a solution other then doing something illegal?

My husband and I have $15K in various bad credit/debt.. what should I pay off first?
My husband and I are going to start paying about $800 a month towards our credit debt since we were just turned down for a van we desperately needed. we have our 3rd child due in December .I would like to attempt to re apply for another van in November, which gives me 3 3 1 2 months to try and clean up our credit.My credit has a WHOLE BUNCH of old stuff that is small under $200 Most of it is from 2002 2005. I have 3 things from 2005 on to include a school loan of 3800. largest debt owed between us except for the car loan we are currently paying on .My husband has 2 credit cards and a jewelry account for my wedding ring that are between $1000 and $3000 each. And 2 smaller debts that are under $400. They are mostly going to be going off of my husbands credit because he is the one with a job. I am on permanent disability.I am not sure what to pay off first. Should we pay off all of the small stuff first, therefore cleaning up a whole bunch of things at once or start on the larger debts first.. or should we tackle all at once only sending a hundred here and a hundred there or so.. Bad Credit Debt Consalidation Loan (Non Real Estate)?
Does anyone know of any loans like this... my score is approx 600 and i want to consalidate about 15k. I do own a property but dont want a second mortgage right now

Bad credit debt consolidation loan?
Here is what's going on with me. I have about 30,000 dollars worth of student loans, however I have them through more than one place...I have one through Astrive, a couple of Direct Loans, and one through Wachovia. I also have a car that my mom took out in her name and is going to want off of her credit that's around 13,000. So, it comes to around 50,000 total of debt. I would like a debt consolidation loan, not only to get the car off of my mom's credit, but to make things easier for me, because making the minimum payment to everything is going to cost me more per month than just paying one place. Plus, a loan will build my credit. The thing is, I have bad credit because I was swamped with medical bills a couple of years ago. Does anyone know of any companies that will give out either personal or consolidation loans of the amount that I need and will work with people of bad credit?
