What are the laws on catalogue debts?
ive got some debt with a mail order catalogue, last heard from them 5 years ago. they have added over 500 pound interest charges onto it i sent a request for a copy of the signed credit agreement and of all transactions ectect, i got a reply saying they dont have to have a signed agreement and they sent me a " true copy" of a credit agreement Sif im not mistaken, this debt cannot be inforced?

Hello Iam David I have several catolog debts and Iam a single man 50 living on income suport, I owe so much money with kays,littlewoods,marshal ward adittions etc about 8 catologs, I just cant meet the payment they are asking cant do IVA they want 90 a month on a 3,000 debt in total with all the catologs the admin charges are just adding up on each one, I have bills to pay like food, electric gas telephone Iam a epileptic as well and its not helping my health its stressing me do I wait until the debts are sold on to a company outside the catologs and then make a token payment as you cant get blood from a stone, must I can pay a month on each one is 5 only can this be sorted please help me someone... my private email is bennetd aol.comis there anyone else in a similar situation like me. Catalogue Debt what are my rights?
I bought an item from a catalogue 3 years ago which cost around 20 pounds I forgot to pay it now 3 years on I recieved a letter to inform me that I now owe 98 and if I don't pay up within 7 days my debt will be transferred to a debt collection agency i know its my fault because I should of paid it but I'm refusing to pay something over treble of what I owe to begin with, so what can I do about it?

I have a customer who has ordered quite a lot of things from my catalogue and now can't afford to pay and all the bills fall on me is there anything else that I could do other than me paying the debt off my self? thank you
