Can you consolidate a loan within a mortgage?
I have a loan with my bank lloyds tsb and if I was to settle loan now it would be 10,000, however I am looking to buy a shared ownership house for 55,000 and the bank said I can only have a mortgage that is 90 % of the property value. I can provide 5,500 for the deposit, but the only way we can afford the mortgage is if we can consolidate pay off our loan as well, which means that it would be a total of 59,500 that we would owe but in just 1 monthly payment rather than 2. I dont see it been a problem as we already owe it anyway but instead of paying 2 seperate amounts each month we will just pay 1 much smaller amount each month. Can this be done?
How can I get a cash out refi mtg when i have bad credit? The refi would consolidate the debt if appoved.?
I feel like a hamster in a wheel. A great deal of the credit problems would be solved if I could qualify for a cash out mortgage refinance. Please point me in the right direction any advice is appreciated.
Should I consolidate my credit cards?
I can make my payments just fine as it is but if I can consolidate and pay less I would like to do that. But is it worth it?
Should I consolidate all my Credit Card Debts to just 1 card?
I have 4 cards, all with less than $800 on them, I'd say I'm at $2,500 total, but they all have very high interest like 24 % because they're store cards like Best Buy, but since I hardly have much on any of them the payments are low.Should I get a credit card through my credit union and charge all debts to that one card and only pay 1 bill? Or will I be paying a heavier fee since the balance will be greater? Thanks
Is it possible to consolidate my student loans? I know there are new laws that don't make it as easy as it was?
Financial Problem. I need to consolidate my credit. The details are below..?
I have no source of income right now, working on getting a job to save up money for University in 2011. To receive OSAP Ontario Student Assistance Program which funds most of my way through school, I need to pass a credit check. That means I have 1 year to pay off my debts and reestablish my credit. The problem is, I have 2 credit cards both maxed out at $1000.00 and $600.00. And, a 3 year contract with a cell phone that for $600.00 I can cancel and around $450.00 will cover the outstanding additional money I owe on that cell phone account. So a total of around $2650.00 is the total amount of money I owe to 3 seperate places.I need a way to converge this down into me owing a lump sum to 1 place. Say, If I were to get a bank loan to pay off all of my debts and then owe the bank in return? I just need good advice on consolidating all my debts AND it needs to be as friendly as possible to my credit score. Because I wont recieve OSAP in a year if my credit score is bad and therefore, no University of Toronto. I really need help and I am not sure who to turn to because I have heard a lot of financial institutions are biased and crooked. Please help Thankyou TC that's not very helpful because the point of this is that I am out of work right now and looking for a job, so I need ideas on how to pay the debts all off that will be easier on my credit score..I know it's already damaged but this is damage control now...or I won't be able to get OSAP and go to University 2011....
Can Ocean Finance truly consolidate all of my small loans into one single monthly repayment?
Repost: Credit score keeps dropping- should we consolidate?
I married my husband 5 months ago, and we've been working to pay off his debts. So far we have only paid a little over $2,000 there's about $6,000 left in collections and we have financed a car in both of our names.I signed him up for credit monitoring, so we can see if we have made any progress. His score has dropped from 540 to 481. We weren't expecting it to really increase, but why has it dropped so much in the last 3 months?Would it help if we consolidated the rest of his debt or should we keep trying to handle it ourselves? If we do pay off all these old debts, would it even increase his score? What are some other ways we can raise his score? We only have 1 credit card, which is in my name and I got it before we were married. That will be paid off next month. My only debt is federal student loans and an auto loan.We are paying off these old debts in order to buy a house in the future. I have negotatied with one collection company for 50 % of the account. We would like to do this again, but will not have the means to until the end of next month.I was not sure if the non payment of these accounts was lowering his score, that is why I was asking about the consolidation. Thanks Judy I really appreciate the info.

Wondering if a bank will consolidate my loans.?
I have a car loan 1 student loan loan from bank and another card company. Its hard to make all of the payments and I have a job but I have better chance of making one payment for all of it together. Do you think my current bank chase would consolidate my loans for me for a better interest rate? Is this a good option for me to get control of my debt?
Should I use a car refinance to consolidate?
I've got a car worth 26K that I owe 20K, another car that's worth 11K that I owe 7K on. I also have a vacation package that's at 13K with a rate of 12 %. Should I pay the vacation package down 10K via a refinance of the cars at 4.25 %? Using cash to pay the other 3K?4.25 refi is approved.

Consolidating debt as a student?
For the last 6 months I've been stupidly poor, as in getting paid 1100 a month, and paying out all of that in debt, plus having to work shifts cash in hand at a bar to pay to get to work and for food. HOWEVER, its worth it, as this month is my final payment. That was BAD debt, like outstanding council tax debt that they wanted to take me to court for, and personal debt. Now that's all done, I'm left with just 3K worth of standard bank debt. I start Uni in September and I want to consolidate this and pay it off monthly. Is there a good one anyone would advise? As I'd be getting 500 a month as nursing bursary and don't qualify for a student loan or overdraft due to my poor credit history, so I need a debt company that will let me pay it back in really small installments, like 30 a month. Seeing as the amount you pay back is judged by your income, and my income would be 500 a month, minus 300 400 for rent and bills, then I have 100 left for travel and food for the month, I think 30 a month is reasonable. Has anyone used a company whilst at Uni or just knows of a company that would let me pay it back in small installments? REALLY need to sort this.Kyle N You didn't read properly, I'm currently working full time but will stop next month or shortly after, as in September I go to Uni to study special needs nursing, of which then, my only income will be a nursing bursary.
