Question: If a judgment has been placed against you to pay a credit card debt can they still charge you interest if?

You're unemployed? Or just period can they still charge interest on debt that has been court ordered for you to pay? And can I just file bankruptcy on this debt? I live in Ohio.

Yes they can charge interest, in Ohio the State maximum allowed is 10% and yes judgments can be included in bankruptcy's. Good luck.

If you can't pay for things, you ring the company up and explain why. if someone has to chase you for your money, I think they can add a fee. This is over here in Australia
