Do not deal with anyone promising money via email. They are all the same, one big scam after another. They want you to wire an insurance fee for the loan to another country, usually Nigeria. Then of course, you never see a dime of the so called loan.

What you are asking of financial institutions is to provide a high risk loan with out any security. I would be shocked if you could find one. I don't understand how taking on more debt will eliminate debt, let us all know how this is possible. The best possible source of a loan for anyone in your position will be family. You may consider consulting a bankruptcy lawyer.
