Hiya, I am about 8 9 stone and i was wondering if the acai berry and colon cleanse diet works, i have heard it works but only on obese people so does it work for my weight? I eat 2 a day... Is this helping me? I'm scared that it is doing me more harm than good. Here is my daily meal plan BREAKFAST Chocolate Smoothie 300 calories with many nutrients vitamins etc.SCHOOL SNACK Special K bar 90 calLUNCH whatever we have for school lunch about 500 cal DINNER whatever family makes for dinner usually very nutritious with vegetables etc.. So im trying to lose some weight.. and mostly tone up.Im 15 year old girl 130 pounds. I work out 5 days a week at school 3 lap warm up. 2 days a week weight room. agility, running ect When I get home I walk for 30 60 minutes. Then do 15 60 minutes of ''youtube'' workoutsIm trying to slowly become vegitarian, eating only chicken fish a few times a week. So would a high protien diet help me gain some mussle and tone up AND lose a few pounds??? What foods are high in protein & would a protein powder be a good idea?

i eat six small meals a day these ae some of the thigs i eat tuna eggs yogurt salad nuts soy milk and i eat carrots and pineapple i run 2 miles a day and i weight train 4 days a week i use whey protein to im 5 foot 9 and weigh 290 i no im really big im 35 years old if i keep eating healthy and running 2 miles each day 5 days a week and weight training 4 days a week how much weight might i lose in a month thanks im very motivated to change my life give me a rough number on how much weight i might lose in 1 month
