Question: How can i lose all of my belly fat in a month?

14 rs. old, 5'2 ", 130 pounds I am going to run 2 miles everyday at home on the treadmill and jump rope. Is this gonna help lose my belly fat? What else should I do? p.s. i can't really change my diet because I eat mexican food everyday (i am mexican)

Yes, do exactly that, and when eating food, eat half the amount of what you currently eat during meals, it is working for me

You won't be able to lose all your belly fat in a month no matter what you do. Just keep up with using the treadmill & jumping rope, maybe riding a bike or stationary bike also. Even if you keep eating Mexican food you can cut down on how much you eat a day & that will help a lot, just eat smaller servings. You could also look online for like low fat Mexican recipes.
