Will this diet help a male get more toned?
I am not fat at all really, but I am noticing some significant bulge in the stomach area and when I sit down the fat is definitely noticeable, which is new to me. I am wondering if eating this way will help me trim that body fat away. This is just a sample and I would be eating enough calories to still keep my muscle mass while lifting weights 3 times a week and cardio 2 3 times a week.Breakfast Oatmeal Banana and black coffeeSnack Veggies and dipLunch Tuna with 2 % Cheese sandwich whole wheat Snack Apple with peanut butterDinner Lean Turkey burger fish not fried or lean chicken with a side like rice and mixed veggiesSnack Fruit VeggiesThanks for the input

Ok this is my diet planBreakfast 1 glass of milk. 8 00am Lunch Salad with 1 brown pitta bread 145 kcals 1 frankfurter 98 kcals and some cesear sald dressing 70 kcals per tblespoon 10 35 am Snack 1 pear , 1 glass of water 4 00 pm Dinner Salad with chicken and same as above.After Dinner Shape 0 Yogurt.Excercise 100 kcal run on treadmill, walk, maybe jump on trampolineI am 153 pounds, 5" 4 and i want to loose weight in 2 moths or so..12 years old female.NOT MY ACCOUNT

Will 2 hours of dancing a day with a healthy diet help me lose weight?
I do a bit of dancing everyday and have a very healthy diet. Will this help me lose weight if I keep going with it?I am also about to start running and swimming.... will this help too?Karen haha nah im not overweight. I'm actually quite skinny in some places . I think the problem is that I have flab on my stomach and not abs And my thighs are kinda big.. only kind of though . Like I said before... I'm not too fat. I just need to lose some weight and get fit.
Does cutting Soda out of ur diet help weight loss?
im 17 years old and i weigh 134 135 but my mom always tell me that if i want to slim down i have to stop drinking soda.so does that really help? i want to look different for the first day of school in september by losing some weight.and since im young will i lose weight faster?thanks in advance thanks for all the great answers D
Will my workout and diet help me gain lean mass? Could you suggest some that could?
I generally do two Workouts a day everyday usually an hour and a half each once in the morning once at night, in the morning using a 40 lbs. Weight Vest and at Night without it. I was obese like a year or two ago, but lost like 80 lbs at the most went from 220 lbs, to 140 lbs, then gained 10 lbs. I had a lot of extra skin, and it bothered me, so I thought working out would help but i didn't start until like a more than half a year after that, so I've been working out for like 5 or 6 months now, adding exercises and reps each week. I just recently bought the vest, and 25 lbs dumbbells, dumbbells this week, vest last month Yeah.. I've been vegetarian for about 2 years now, and its a lifestyle thing I recently started eating more yogurt too, but not much, because it kind of upsets my stomach, same with Cheese but i eat that a lot more. Also, I take multiple amino acid tablets before working out and after eating one meal, and i take l arginine before eating, I generally don't eat before workouts ever, and separate the workouts by at least 5 hours, usually more because i take naps in between. I've noticed most of my skin has been going away, and I'm getting a bit of definition in my arms, pecs, back, and mid abs, but not much of an increase in size, only abou ta quarter of an inch since starting, and another since getting the dumbbells, and I've got a bit of pesky lower belly skin that won't go away, and I'm not too big in size.. I'm male 16 y o around 150 lbs, 6'0 in height. I'd really like to build a bit more in size maybe like 15 20 lbs of muscle, but I'm not sure if I'm doing right at all, I'm a lot leaner and more cut than like 6 months ago, but as i said,not much bigger maybe by like 1 2 to 1 inch bigger all around. Any suggestions on what to do?

I have been on this diet for about a week now. I am cutting down trying to get my body fat percentage really low. Anways, right now I am going through SERIOUS CRAVINGS I am 6 foot I weight 195. Hi, I'm an 18 year old girl hoping to improve my diet.I eat pretty healthy already and prefer a mostly vegetarian diet I don't like to drink milk or eat most dairy products plain, I eat eggs and white meat from turkey chicken or fish .My main goals are to cut out processed foods, the small amounts of fast food I do eat, and get more variety of foods in my diet, also what are the appropriate amounts for each food group?Im 5'6" and weigh about 105 lbs., I'm technically a little underweight but I love my body so what can I do to help me build muscle but not fat?I mostly want to know if anyone has advice for how I can maybe document what I eat, and what exactly should I be documenting and focusing on to achieve my goals?Which vitamin supplements or foods should i eat that will improve my energy, hair, nails and help clear up my skin?Any advice will help, I know it's a long question so thanks in advance
