Is it bad for you to eat the frozen diet meals Monday through Friday, being because it is prcessed food with lots of sodium. This is the only way I seam to be able to keep my carlories in check and my weight down. Thoughts or suggestions???

im doin cardio exercises with my mom every day for 1hr and 30mins, but still havent lose weight yet 2weeks . i eat rice and meat every lunch, midnight snacks, chips and whatevers on the fridge. how can i avoid gettin hungry at midnight? im awake at midnight because i love to read and finish it off quicky, got used to it.. what food meal should i not eat? like pizza, pork, fchicken, bread?, anything with eggs? should i just eat veggies alone? and tiny bits of meat? can i drink milk? or what. tell me a good diet meals pls im 17 so.. dont tell me to eat pure veggiess and fish i dont like fish... T T i need to get thin soon before i went back to my hometown, i dont want my granny and cousins to see me... < insert insult to self here> ... theyll be like, omg what happen to you blablablaaa.. thanks to anyone who would help 3no pills please. too young for it.. i think.also, im 160pounds want to get 110, 5'5 height. is that even possible? whats the normal weight for 17s?cool, i only leafy veggies. thanks and lol to those spammers.

I recently had my second child 14 months after my first child. I want to lose my pregnancy weight. I want to know other than the obvious veggies and fruits and water . I know exercise is important as well but I am mainly focused on the food aspect of losing weight. what are some healthy and tasty meals that can drop the weight? thanks to all who respond.
Effective Diet/Meal Plan to Help Me Finally Lose Fat/Weight?
I have tried several different diets meal plans and if they are effective, they are too expensive to keep up with ie The Ab Diet ...otherwise, they are just unhealthy or overall ineffective. Has anyone created or found a diet meal plan that has been successful with helping them lose weight and get rid of fat, and won't break the bank? My biggest problem is the stomach area and no matter how much I work out, it doesn't make all that much difference. I have been working out hardcore for quite a few years and always have eaten well, but it just isn't enough. A strict and strategic diet is the only way I think I'm going to get rid of the belly fat, and I am at a loss for determining which diet or general way of eating to turn to. If you have any suggestions, please give me a fairly detailed daily structure so I can't mess up the plan. Thanks to everyone who has input. It is very much appreciated. 1 I'm not trying to target weight loss, but the stomach is the only place I have an issue and carry extra weight. That was my only reason for mentioning it. 2 I definitely am not setting unrealistic goals, and I eat tons of fruits and vegetables as it is.What I really need is a laid out meal by meal plan with measurements and all that is tried and true with its effectiveness.

Since I like to eat what I'm not supposed to eat, I would like to know delicious diet meals. I think I'm finally making it. Now I see the cookies at the stores and they don't call my atention. I barely eat now compared to how I used to eat. But sometimes I want to eat BK, KFC, MCdonals or burritos and I just want to eat something good and healthy.Please help me
