7 day diet menu plan ideas?
Im planning on having a 7 day diet and im tired of looking up on google for menu plans, the plans are too much....i want something simple that i wont be lazy enough to do at home lol can any one make me a 7 day diet menu plan that includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner? something simple but still very healthy and good choices so i can loose this embarrassing fat lol im not so fat i just have belly fat that needs to go so with a good healthy diet i can get in shape .......thanks

I want to go on a diet but I need help planning a menu. Can anyone list a few things I could eat for each meal and how much calories each meal is? I want to eat breakfast, a snack after breakfast, lunch, a snack before dinner, dinner. I want to eat about 1600 calories a day. I don t drink soda. I love fruits and veggies. I would also consider the 5 or 6 small meals a day. I want to get all my nutrients and everything I need. I am 17 years old if that is important. Please help. Thank you.

Here's my menu I know it may seem long but please read, I need the help Breakfast Salmon cakes with egg white omelet with onion 2 or 3 egg whites , sauteed diced tomatoes, fresh raw spinach, fresh avocado, 1 slice of whole grain toast, extra virgin olive oil, berry smoothie with frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, 1 fresh orange, green tea I heard berries were low in sugar Snack Smoothie with chlorella and spirulina form of blue green algae powder , 1 2 a small kiwi, 1 4 mango, 1 4 cup frozen pineapple not from can , 1 whole apple with skin , 1 4 of a fresh banana less than half , sugar free sweetener All these fruits plus water are in the smoothieLunch Homemade soup with extra beans for protein, egg whites stirred in broth, lean meat for more protein and vegetables, PLUS a tuna or turkey with swiss cheese sandwich on whole grain bread with lettuce and tomatoes just half a sandwich though Snack Yogurt Parfait made from low fat, sugar free, Plain yogurt, sweetened with sugar free sweetener, with granola homemade from toasted oats and HONEY???? don't know if honey is good???? and Fresh strawberries and blueberries a dash of cinnamon optional heard cinnamon is good for blood sugar ORa handful of walnuts with raisins don't know if raisins are bad for diabetes???? Dinner Fresh salad with lean meat and fresh veggies, ranch dressing OR a cod salad with salted cod, yucca root heard it was not too bad for blood sugar , fresh spinach, fresh tomatoes, steamed carrots, hard boiled eggs and carmalized onions I know the onions might not be so good so I can use raw onion and extra virgin olive oilSnack Chocolate Smoothie with raw, sugar free, organic cacao powder it's just raw cocoa bean powder , cacao nibs raw cocoa bean pieces, naturally sugar free cause it's raw cocoa bean , fresh, homemade almond milk just water almonds and sugar free sweetener which is optional , 1 4 of a fresh banana, 2 tspns or tblspns of ground flaxseed for a healthy fat and protein all of these go in the blender for smoothie That's it... but is the fruit bad ESPECIALLY the banana??? And are raisins or the honey not o.k. for diabetes???HelpIs this menu o.k. for blood sugar I'll eat every two to three hours a day .Forgot to mention... I will also drink green tea three to four times a day I'll work my way up to it and PLENTY of water 64 oz or more depending on exercise.I will also exercise regularly with aerobic and strength training exercise.Heard green tea helped with blood sugar.

1,000 calorie diet menu/plan?
I've consulted people already, & it's okay for my health if I only consume 1,000 calories a day as part of my diet.But, I'm not sure how to maintain a healthy balanced diet, so if someone could compose a 7 day diet plan or even a menu with various options on what I could have each day, I'd be very grateful with the exception that it has to add up to 1,000 1,300 calories. Or if you could suggest any websites?All help is greatly appreciated thank you.& also, nothing TOO fancy I don't usually have the time to cook up something amazing.

I always get confused on what I should eat.People just tell me " fruits & veggies." Well, what else am I supposed to eat?I don't like fish, & not a big fan of chicken.I'm not a big fan on a lot of meats.Except the fatty ones, like hot dogs. LolI enjoy eating fruits.I love to eat carrots.I can handle fruits & veggies.But I need something more specific because I'll look through my fridge & pantry & just wonder " What am I supposed to eat that won't ruin all my diet " Am I just supposed to eat an apple & a carrot everyday ?That'd suck.I know there are other options.Can anyone help me out with a menu?Thanks preferably 1200 calories.

Is this a reasonable diet/menu plan for losing weight? or do I need to tweak it a bit more?
I am going to try and stick to 3 meals per day, and will try and stop snacking treats, although I might have to allow 1 bar of chocolate per day at first to break me in gently.I will only have 1 thing per section, but just wanted to give various examples, for different days etc.Breakfast30 ml porridge oats made up with 200ml semi skimmed milk 2 slices toast with beans2 slices toast with banana2 slices toast with egg i.e. boiled scrambled or poached .100 ml light natural yoghurt with banana honeyLunchSandwich with ham, tomato & 1 Extra Light Laughing cow triangleBaked potato with beans or tunaBowl of soup with 2 slices breadTeaPasta with tomato sauce homemade with various veg Savoury rice again, homemade with veg mixed through, and possibly chicken bacon pieces .Baked potato with tuna.Chicken chow mein homemade with chicken veg fried in fry lite, and flavoured with soy sauce, served with 1 portion noodles .I tend to drink mainly sugar free squash, and will try and snack on fruit instead of chocolate etc. Feel free to criticise suggest alternatives.If you answer with spam, you will be reported.
