Fat teen seeking weight loss help!?
I'm female, 16 years old, 5" 3, 135 pounds, and fat. I mainly want to lose weight in the thighs, and stomach but i don't know what to do to lose it. I have done simple things just to start off like cutting down on sugar and fats but i want to lose more. I don't and have any equipment, their is only 2 gyms in town and i'm embarrased to go to them, and it's hard for me to find time for me to do just basic workouts. Can anyone give me any hints, tips, or advice on what i can do to reach my goal of 120 pounds?
