I'm not fat but I feel fat?
Like it's hard to explain, right now I'm in school and I can just feel my stomach fat everywhere and I hate the feeling, it makes me sub concious. I'm a guy and I won't go anorexic but I just hate the feeling. I'm on the track team, but I do sit around a lot and eat a lot I'm not fat though, I weigh 135 lbs and I'm 5' 6" .

I am 15 years old, average strength, 170 cm tall and weigh around 62kgs. I need some help to build a training plan so i can loose a few kilos, gain some muscle and increase my strength. i don't have much equipment, only some dumbbells. i would also like to know some foods that i can eat to help build muscle.

Losing belly fat, without losing lots of weight?
So. I'm 17 years old, 5" 3 and about 112 115 pounds.I have lots of belly fat, that I really want to get rid of. But, that's the only fat I want to get rid of.I have a very fast metabolism, and I worked hard this past year to gain weight. but unfortunately, ate lots and lots of fat in the process. and now I have so much belly fat.It made my ass bigger, which I like, and want to keep, along with my thighs. my next goal will be to tone my butt and thighs, but I'm not worried about that right now. I don't want to do any major dieting to lose my belly, because I'll lose a lot of weight very quickly, I'm sure. It's been at least 2 years since I've drank soda, and I only have a carbonated drink once in a while. The past week I've dedicated myself to eating less sugar, and little to no desserts.I drink about two 8 oz. glasses of fresh carrot juice nearly every day. minus a day here and there. I don't have lots of time to do tons of running or exercising. I have an ab workout program DVD that I've heard lots of good things about that I could use 3x a week, but I haven't bothered, since no matter how much muscle I gain, I doubt it will burn the fat.So basically, how can I lose this fat without major dieting? Should I just keep doing what I'm doing, and do the ab workout?

Will jogging regularly and drinking green tea help me lose fat?
If I was to do around 45 minutes of jogging running 5 6 times a week and drink around 7 8 cups of tea a day, would I lose fat and build muscle. I also do toning exercises.By the way I eat 6 balanced meals a day, and get my five a day.
