Protein shake every morning for breakfast (with milk or water, and one scoop of protein powder) do that instead of eating a carb in the AM and you will consistently burn more calories over the following 24 hours. carbs put you in stall for 12 hours. then healthy choice diet meals for lunch and dinner. cardio workout (like running or riding a bike) at least 3 times a week (more is better) and then workouts to tone trouble zones. ive lost 40 pounds in 3 months. goodluck answer mine answers.yahoo.com/ question/ index;_ylt= AlHwVgAZy4ZaPx6NHEBz897sy6IX;_ylv= 3?qid= 20100309114728AAQAbgH

First, there's no way to burn off fat from one specific area. The most effective method to burn fat is daily cardiovascular exercise, maybe with a bit of weight training. Reduce your caloric intake, and cut back on junk foods with excess salt or sugar. It's not a quick fix, but the results last.

Okay, here it is. No beer, no fast food, no soda, no 500 calorie frozen coffee drinks, no pizza, no liquor, no sugary fruit juices, no fried food, ............. well there is a lot of sh*t you shouldn't eat, it's up to you to make the right choices. A balanced low fat diet is what you need. As well as a regular workout schedule. I brought my body fat % from 17 to under 7% in 3 months. I do regular strength training and a variety of cardio 6 days week. It requires a lot of time and dedication but after a while it sort of becomes an addiction.
