Okay, here it is. No beer, no fast food, no soda, no 500 calorie frozen coffee drinks, no pizza, no liquor, no sugary fruit juices, no fried food, ............. well there is a lot of sh*t you shouldn't eat, it's up to you to make the right choices. A balanced low fat diet is what you need. As well as a regular workout schedule. I brought my body fat % from 17 to under 7% in 3 months. I do regular strength training and a variety of cardio 6 days week. It requires a lot of time and dedication but after a while it sort of becomes an addiction. |
