You are not "fat. " I'm sure that you have heard the criticism that we live in a culture that can easily screw up womens' body image with by showing us lots of pictures of unusually slender women. So okay, you're too big to be a fashion runway model or talk show hostess, but so are 99% of other women. There's no exact science to this, but to qualify as "fat " I think the first rule has to be that a woman has to be heavy enough that she doesn't have a waist. Your photo shows that you have quite a distinct waist, so no, you're not fat, you're not even close. |
