Go one a diet and hire a physical trainer. They will decide what healthy food you should eat and they will help you exercise. Or if you don't want a physical trainer, throw out all the fatty foods, and buy healthy nutritional foods. Such as vegetables, fruits, salads, or granola bars. Go to a gym, or jog in the morning. And motivate yourself and create goals for yourself. Step by step. One of my mom's friends was overweight, and she did all the things I just suggested to you and now she's perfectly healthy. Her motto was MOTIVATION! Just believe that you can do it and don't give up even when it's hard. I believe you can lose weight, but you gotta believe it too! Good Luck! :) |
