Health and fitness, loosing belly fat and getting abs.?
ive been trying to get rid of my belly fat for a while now. Ive been doing a lot of exercises an have been eating a diet with fruit veggies, chicken and healthy whole grain foods. It's been about 3 or 4 months and I haven't seen any improvement in my abdominal area...any suggestions?

I need a fitness/diet program?
Hello, I need a way to gain weight, Im in my late twenties and I am underweight, which I find weird considering I eat very unhealthy Sugar and fats, mostly . I want to change, can anyone recommend a way to build up more muscle? Also, a way to eat healthier? I think I eat very unhealthily mostly because I don't gain weight by it, so I want food that is good and tastes good too, and please recommend me some ways to gain weight BY MUSCLE. Also, I can't do machines Like treadmills or elliptical because I get so bored by them I like swimming though, maybe a recommendation as to how many meters I should swim per week my local pool measures their lanes in meters, so please make sure it's measured in meters . I've also been drinking protein shakes, is that a good idea?

Which fitness routine is more efficient?
Either doing 15 minute quicker runs 3 times with a little break in between or doing 45 minutes straight of an overall slower run? Which one helps burn calories increase metabolism better? Thanks so much

Do I need a personal trainer now that I've joined a fitness club?
I recently joined a fitness club. A personal trainer on their staff has offered to give me a free tour of the facilities and show me how to use the equipment. Something tells me this is an " upsell" opportunity in which I'll be asked to pay club fees, plus an hourly fee to the personal trainer.While I understand the advantages of a personal trainer teaching me how to " work smarter, not harder," I wonder if I should get a trainer yet. I'm doing a good job of showing up every day I can and really sweating. Won't I start to see results on my own if I just keep at it for awhile? And then, once I'm stronger and in better shape, maybe see what a trainer can do for me?I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who has had experience with weight loss and toning up in a fitness club, both with, and without, a personal trainer's help.

A few fitness questions-please help im overweight!?
1. Is weight training really essential in order to lose weight or can I just do cardio? Weights seem really complicated and Im afraid of injuring myself and i don't particularly care about gaining muscle. If I simply want to lose weight can I just stick with cardio workouts?2. A lot of people at my school eat a lot of junk food. They workout a lot though. They are very fit and very toned. How does this happen? I thought diet was the most important thing in having a great body. How are they able to have such great bodies while having such poor diets?3. If im overweight, ive been told to not do cardio at the highest levels. Why? Why is it so important to start off small and work my way up? Shouldn't i try my hardest everyday to lose the most weight. Also, how many hours of cardio workouts do you suggest daily?

How old to work at lifetime fitness?
I'm a qualified lifeguard and have a CPR AED certificate and red cross certificate too. I am 15 though and I applied to lifetime fitness not thinking I would hear back. However, I got a phone call today asking for an interview to be a swim instructor, and the only qualifications were to be working towards or to have a high school diploma. I have an interview tomorrow though and I'm scared that when I applied online that I entered 16 by mistake... I am not sure though, b c I don't think I would do that.My fear is that they will say first question, " So, how old are you?" I'll say, " 15." And then they'll be like, " Oh, I'm sorry you must be 16 and older to work here..." After driving all the way PLEASE tell me its 15 and older

Is my diet and fitness healthy?
I weight 124 128pounds i'm 14 and am 5" 3. breakfast 2 crumpets with butter marge or a fruit yoghurt. orange juicelunch cheese sandwich with butter marge on white bread 2 rounds dinner Varies.Pasta Bolognaise Chille jacket potato with fillings and salad...I do 20 situps at night before sleep. Go on the standstil bike for 5 15 minutes a day. Run once or twice a week. Go on the wii fit each week and do all muscle workouts and yoga. I need to get rid of some weight just so it's ideal. So about 10 pounds and I'd like to do it before the holidays are over. Any tips please. A diet plan. My parents don't think Is should loose weight so it doesn't look like i'm starving myself. There isnt' a gym near by so i couldn't go.
