Cardio needed to gain muscles?
i trying to gain muscle mass and want to burn body fat.my body fat is 24 %.please tell me how much should i do and on what intensity and inclinei am going to gym and i am doing heavy weight lifting too.I am not trying to loose weight,i am just trying to loose body fat.

How come i can't gain muscle?
i'm 18 and i've been working out for 3 and a half years and about a year ago i have quit seeing gains. and yes, i've been working out hard, i haven't taken any time off of lifting weights but i haven't had any muscle gains ... and my max's seem to go up and down 5 10 pounds for a long long time. but mainly what i want is muscle. it seems that i work out harder than other people but they gain more muscle and more strength. however during the workout it seems like i get a lot lot lot more pumped up and bigger than them. i don't understand why i can't gain any muscle, i'll gain it for a little bit and then i lose it by the next time i work out that part of my body 4 5 days later . so i just lose it and gain it back. could someone tell me what i should be doing differently? oh and by the way i weigh 140 and my weight seems to vary between 138 144. and yes i do work out every part of my body. and i do take in a good amount of protein per day. in case some of those are the factors you are thinking of.oh yeah, and my height is 5'11

I do 3 sets for every workout, except the chest is a little different but you will understand once you see.Workout 1 AbsI take a 35 pound weight behind my head and do 8 incline situpsthen I take a 25 pound weight and do 16 incline situpsthen I do 50 reg. situps, and 25 on each side for obliqueslastly, I do 25 leg raisesWorkout 2 Arms and ChestFor arms I do a drop set with biceps and tripecs, 8 reps then 16 reps then 24 repsfor the next 2 sets I do 25 curls of the midweight for bicep and tricepFor Chest I do bench starting from lowest to highest with reps going 8,6,4,2 for 4 setsthen I do 3 sets of 15 flys with about 25 pounds on each dumbellWorkout 3 LegsI do a drop set with from highest to lowest with reps going 8, 16, 24then for the next 2 sets I do about midweight 25 repsI do all this for quads and hamstringsAfter I'm done I have 1 scoop of whey protein and have 1 scoop on my day off. Okay hi, im 5'11 and weigh 135. yeah im a bit of a stick figure haha, but im 15. Right now i don't workout, but im looking to gain 20 30 lbs in muscle. I don't mean just arm strength or abs, leg muscle too. Can someone please give me tips?
