What would be an example of a days healthy diet between 1200 and 1400 calories?Um no actually I do exercise 5 days a week. I'm not lazy. Thanks.

I'm trying to lose weight. I'm 116.5 lbs and 5 feet 1.5 inches tall, and would like to lose about 15 pounds by August 1.For breakfast, my mom usually prepares me either cereal, waffles, a sandwich with egg, ham and cheese , or fruit. We have mangos, pineapples, grapes, oranges, bananas, and watermelon. I am allergic to apples. What would be a healthy breakfast for me?Help with lunch and dinner would be appreciated, too

My 11 year old sister Sydney does not eat very healthy. She mostly eats, potato chips, popcorn lots of butter and salt ice cream pop tartsand the only thing she drinks and I mean, the ONLY thing is soda.My mom tries to keep her away from all of the junk food, but she seriously will not eat anything other than the things I listed. And not buying the sweets is no option, because my father is diabetic, and needs sweets to keep his blood sugar level.My sister also will not exercise at all. She is not healthy at all, and is made fun of at school for being fat. We made several appointments before to take her to the doctor, but she won't budge when we try to take her. And Syd is too heavy for any of us to carry, because my parents are getting old now Syd was a total accident, they only wanted one kid She is killing herself, and she barely knows it. She doesn't listen to a word we say. Her and my mother fight so much, it makes me cry all the time, which, is bad for me, because I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I'm not supposed to be under a lot of stress.My mother has mentioned sending her away somewhere where she can get help, because it is just too much for us all to handle mainly my parents . I'm 19 and my boyfriend and I are going to be moving out soon because of the new baby on the way& my 3 year old , and we can't take Syd with us. I don't know whats wrong with her, because I have always been so healthy and active. I always did what my parents told me to, and I was raised very well, and I knew my place.Until I got pregnant at 17. Sydney is just soo different from me. My parent's didn't do such a good job this time around, probably because of age. My mother was 46 when she had Syd, and my dad was 48. Like I said, she was an accident.So, please, help me help my sister.1 What are some ways we can try to try to convince her to eat healthier?2 What are some healthy foods for a fussy eater?Thank you so much.

Okay, I had 4 mini muffins this morning. And then a three and a half spoonfulls of trail mix. So I feel a bit strange for making this public, but I really do believe there are intelligent nutritionists or healthy folk on yahoo answers that can help me out. I DO have a therapist and I WILL work this out with her when I see her in two days, however I do not believe she knows much about nutrition and I am anxious to start this new healthy diet plan I have conjured up.Here it goes. I have used crash diets of as little as 100 calories a day to drop weight. I went down to 110 lbs through starvation 7 months before this I had weighed 135 . After a week of starvation I would binge and purge myself, maintaining 116 for quite sometime. However, I have given up on purging and starvation and now eat very unhealthy food in large quantities, very often. I eat when bothered or bored, I also eat when depressed or when I feel like hurting my body I know sounds VERY bad . I have gone through a serious emotional roller coaster with food and I sit here now almost hopeless. My self esteem really is at the floor and I just want to be healthy now. 115 120 lbs is a weight I would like to maintain. My body frame is very small and this weight would be fine.MY NEW PLAN I am eating 1000 1200 calories a day and exercising 1 hour 5 6 times a week. Exercise consists of swimming, running, yoga, cycling, weight training. I am 5'5" , 17 years old and weigh 125. My goal weight is 115. Maybe after 2 3 weeks of this diet modification I will allow myself to eat sweets on weekends. I eat everything whole grain and organic, I do not eat chicken, meat or cheese. Until I reach my goal weight of 115 120 I will not eat nuts. Is this healthy?After I drop the weight I will start intaking 1000 1400 daily plus workout to maintain, I hope this sounds correct and healthy.Any advice on my plan for a healthier me would be fabulous Thanks so much Oh and I wouldnt purge all the time which is why I maintained 116 lbs and was not thinner.

Well, im a competitive swimmer and i swim for my team just about every day. practice at 8 in the morning, awful anyways, i havent been doing that well lately so im just gonna try to eat healthier and try harder..also i gotta figure out ways to motivate myself to try harder, but anyways. i was gonnna go off this diet planbreakfast fruitlunch salad and fruitdinner whatever the families having or salad.nothing but fruit after 7 30 and as much water as i can drink throughout the day.also, im 16..age might help people know how i need to eat at this age.

k, so recently i have been on this new diet where i wake up at 7am have breakfast by 10am i have lunch and by 1pm i have dinner oh and by 2 30 i have a snack so basically my diet is don't eat anything after 3pm. I might also add that i run for 2 hours almost every day and i weight train about 3 4 times a week. Does this sound healthy?
