Okay, I had 4 mini muffins this morning. And then a three and a half spoonfulls of trail mix. I have been eating TONS lately, about 3, 000 calories for the past 3 days! :( Anyway, So breakfast - 4 mini muffins, snack - trail mix And then Only fruit and veggies for the rest of the day because I think I already ate about 3, 000 calories :( How long will it take me to lose 20 pounds? 5'2 114, 14yrs old.

Why making so hard on yourself? Sometimes low calories diet will never work. Trust me! I used to become so organize about my eating habits but it turn out to be a failure. Instead, i have tried so many diet plans that dont go according to my plans. So, back to your question, it will actually take you FOREVER to lose 20 pounds just because you are trying to control your calories intake. Ive read this one web about side effect of diet plans that i think u should try to look it too. Cheers!

Muffins= not a good breakfast you need protein in the morning for energy. it boosts the metabolism as well. try fried egg whites on toast with a side of fruit. also, keep in mind that it takes a while to loose that amount of weight, so don't get discouraged. just eat a varied diet with as much raw/ natural food as possible. here's a video with a few healthy, high protein snacks that will keep you going throughout the day. good luck! :) youtube.com/ user/ diethealth#p/ u/ 331/ qDYW5R__oBk
