I really need some help, please read if you know anything about healthy diets?
hi, i'm 14 years old, 5ft 6ins ish and i weight 9 stone which is about 127 lbs . On a normal day I eat porridge with honey for breakfast, fruit for the rest of the day, until after school when I binge eat. It's stupid things like bread and jam and gherkins, things that i don't even want. After I feel really bad and really sick so I go jogging and walking for 20 minutes which i've heard is a form of purging.i'm a vegetarian and i just want someone to tell me what i should eat in a day so that i can stick to that. please, because i feel like exercise is now something i HAVE to do in order to maintain my weight, instead of an enjoyable thing. i'm always hungry and i always crave. i just want to be slim and healthy. cheers.
Help with a healthy diet for a teen girl?
Hey so I'm 5'4" 174 lbs 13 y o and a girlI know I need to lose weight but for right now my main goal is to be healthy, and then hopefully the weight loss will follow, I'm thinking 1400 1600 calories a day but I'm not sure how to split it up how much protein? carbs? fat?..fiber? water?? help thanks for your assistance P
