I just recently started working out twice a day I do cardio for 30 min in the morning and 30 min in the evening with weight lifting for about an hour. The supplements I am taking aid in muscle recovery and are sold in the vitamin section of any food store. A couple of years ago I started working out this way and lost over 50lbs, I've recently gained this weight back because I started eating fatty foods with no control and stopped excercising. Last time I lost weight I ended up looking like a skeleton. This time, I want to lose body fat then tone. Has anyone taken these supplements?

This is what I do....Each Day I do 50 situps.15 Squats.Walk a mile on top of walking at school all day & Every Tues. & Thurs. from 5 15 to 8 30 I have colorguard practice, which really makes you sweat.We do 100 crunches, 20 80 pushups, and rigorous stretching.Will this routine help me lose weight at all?I've been trying to drink only water.Also how many calories should I intake each day?I am 5'8" 5'9" & 169 lbs.Any info suggestions comments are appreciated

ok im 14 and i need to get down to 49 48 kgs as fast as i can ...iv been on a diet but my weight keeps going to 52 one day and the next it will be 53 so i was thinking if i just eat breakfast and that's it for the day will it help me lose weight? oh and right now my weight is 52.9 so if i eat more to day it will go back up to 53kgs and i dont want that ....btw im 166cms tall if that helps and some tips on how elss to lose weight would be good to. thanks

I'm a girl, 16 years old, 17 in april, I'm 5'5 165cm and I weigh 139lbs 63kg I'm a vegetarian because I love animals not because I want to lose weight when I became a vegetarian I lost some weight but now the number seems to be stuck. I really want to do this but I can tell you that no jogging or gym attendance is going to happen because of financial reasons and school just wares me out when I come home I just fall in my bed and sleep till my mom comes home. I can do squats or sit ups or something daily though.I want to be as thin as Mila Jovovich or Eva Longoria, I know it's a bit unrealistic and some may think their underweight but that just doesn't matter to me.The best possible thing would be someone that I could send a message to and would have the patience to deal with me lol. I need to be told EXACTLY not yelling what to eat and how much of it a day please keep this in mind when your write the answer lol.I am really bad at improvising with food so I really need someone with high patience xDI live in a 2nd world country so we might not have some products you would like me to eat lol.

I have been dieting for a couple months, I don't know my progress because I'm terrified to get o the scale and see I've lost little to none. Here's a little run down. Breakfast Egg white on toast with fat free cheese slice, or oatmeal low sugar or high fiber with a 35cal yogurt, lunch if I didn't have toast in the morning I'll eat a sandwich with fat free cheese slice and fat free lunch meat very little 1 2fat mayo and you know lettuce tomato maybe some dill pickle I only eat bread once a day, or salad with soup always cup of soups, soup at hand, or the sserving size on the side or the can never anymore or just salad with chicken breast or tuna. I don't use fat free of low fat dressing, and yes I know I should but my cal are very low through out the day I don't let it bother me. All my dinners are weighed out and porpotioned. I used to do the weight watchers so I keep that in mind when eating I give myself 1 day a week to go have a few drinks, liquor, and I have on day that I eat what I want, not huge amounts but I eat something I won't eat on my diet. thou I do nibble in between meals, and its not always good stuff, my hubby is a junk food addict, its hard not to eat it when its right there but I do eat some form the bag in the kitchen and standing so that it goes right back into the cupboard so I don't eat much. I drink at least 4 6 glasses of water a day. I go to the gym maybe 3 times a week. when I go I do 25mins on a cardio than a crunchy machine, 3 upper arm machines and the 'low handle' machine than I do 30 mins on a different cardio machine and repeat all weight machines. I burn maybe 850cals but I can only go on the days that my hubby works early if he works late hes gone till 9pm and don't' say early morning work out for an answer because my hubby believes in sleeping as much as possible . So On those days he'll sleep till 1030 and leaves the house at 1130. I have a 3 yo and I have no family or friends in the area we just moved to so don't have anyone to watch her for a can go out to workout. there are no real parks around us, and hubby takes the only car for us to go really anywhere its really bad right now with the weather and Daycare cost .. well too much. So my real questions are.... What you think I should change about my diet and eating habits and activities to do at home while the little one is playing to help with the lack of exercise? little things will help. is late night walking any good or waste of time? Judge if you must am I doing nothing right? Kinda sad All your answers have been great and thank you. well aside from the go eat acai berries. but I was hoping that at least one person woulda said I was doing something right and to keep trying. some motivation on top of your opinion would have been nice. had to diet with no motivation, no one ever says 'hey you look good' even if maybe I don't.... and didn't know you could exercise 'wrong' so thank you.

Im thinking of going on the 1000 calorie diet and exercising for 2 hours a day i weigh 190 pounds and i am 5ft2 please dont tell me that this is to low cuz ive lived on 250 calories a day before and the most ive gained back is 3 pounds i just dont have the motivation to go back onto that diet okay anyways i was wondering will this help me lose weight and if so how much per week thanks
