PLEASE help me lose weight?
I do pilates 50 mins running up and down stairs 10 mins and dumbbell exercises 10 mins a day and I eat sensibly not losing weight yet I am not thin I am just slimmish trying to lose a few kg and tone for an agency who told me that they would sign me if I lost a bit of weight.I am freaking out I am meant to go see them next month 25 oct and I havnt lost weight yet I have no money for gyms or dieticians so please dont tell me to go to them but do you have any tips for me please? thanks

Hi everyone,Here is an example of my daily diet breakfast 15g bran flakes1 2 cup soya milk1 8 cup blueberries1 green tealunch poached egg1 small wholemeal toast and margarine1 8 cup raspberries1 green teadinner 1 cup boiled rice1 2 cup meat fish1 pear1 green tea.I also plan to go to the gym around 4 times per week for one hour, mostly doing the cross trainer and rower. I currently walk for 1 2 hour a day. I need to lose around 3 to 4 stone Is my diet ok? and am i doing enough exercise??ta xxxx

If i go to sleep early will it help me lose weight?
I heard some wear that if you go to bed early you lose weight better then people who stay up half of the night i go to sleep around 2 30am and get up at a 11 00am and when it hits around 3 00pm i feel really tired but is it true plus if i get up early i will be eating allot better then when i get up at a 11 00am so will going to bed early like 12 30am and get up at 9 00am will i feel better

Will eating salads help me lose weight if I don't exercise?
Now when school starts, I'll be very busy working, going to school full time and volunteering. I would really like to lose some weight but I don't have a lot of time for exercise. I was just wondering if someone could please tell me whether I would lose weight if I ate salads for lunch and dinner everyday but had a bigger breakfast? For example, for breakfast I would have black coffee without sugar Turkish coffee and either a sandwich, wrap, eggs, oatmeal and then for lunch I could have a green salad with vegetables and a few pieces of bacon and chicken on top. Then I would have the same thing for dinner maybe without the bacon and chicken. If you could think of any ideas of what I could be eating for breakfast lunch dinner and something I could take to school for lunch without having to refridgerate it, that would be great. Basically I'd just want someone to write me a list for example what I should eat Monday for breakfast, lunch, dinner, on Tuesday, etc... for the rest of the week . If I follow the salad meals, how much weight should I expect to lose? Thanks.I forgot to mention that I'll probably only be drinking water, other than the black coffee. Can I put any dressings on the salad? I hate dry salad. Thanks.

I go to the gym between 3 4 times a week and I do this 30 minutes of elliptical15 minutes of fast walking along the indoor track10 minutes of the rowing machine.20 minutes of weight training.I also take in a yoga class once a week, and a weight mild cardio class once a week. Both on the same night

I am trying to lose at least 20 30 pounds by the time December comes. I am 18 years old and weigh 189 pounds and I am eager to lose weight before I end up having problems such as diabetes and high blood pressure or something like that. Okay, my parent hardly ever buy fruits but there are a lot of times where they have vegetables but this time, they don't have as many as I wanted them to have. Now they have one can of streen beans and the last time I ate those in two days and I lost 3 pounds that week with the help of exercising also but it seems like I always gain it back when I stop eating the vegetables. Especially since I am starting college. Can anyone please tell me how many fruits and vegetables i should eat during one week in order to lose weight by December. Also with exercising, how many miles should I walk to have a good workout or how many times should I exercise per day.I did not say that I was starving myself. I don't ever do that. I'm just trying to figure out how many fruits and vegetables i should eat per week.I still eat food but the vegetables help me out. I wanted to put something healthy with my diet and that help me lose weight but when I stop eating vegetables with a certain food that I am eating, I gain weight. I am not starving myself.

i need to lose weight, for my health, i need to stop snacking, i eat way to much junk. Im a bit of a perfectionist, i have great diciplin and self control when i need it, i just need you to tell me what to eat ebvery day to make me lose weight in a month i have access to basic fruits, banana's, apples. lots of vegetables. i eat a bowl of cerial for breakfast, and whatever dad cooks for dinner, usually lots of vegies with some kind of meat or pasta but i need to no what to eat for recess, lunch, and after school. i would love a food i can snack on that would make me lose weight or my matabolism faster, and i would love to no how many times a week i can eat biscuits, chocolate which is my favourite, ect. please help
