Question: Will this help me lose weight fast?

Ok im 14 and i need to get down to 49 48 kgs as fast as i can ...iv been on a diet but my weight keeps going to 52 one day and the next it will be 53! so i was thinking if i just eat breakfast and that's it for the day will it help me lose weight? oh and right now my weight is 52.9 so if i eat more to day it will go back up to 53kgs and i dont want that!!!....btw im 166cms tall if that helps and some tips on how elss to lose weight would be good to. thanks! |

Youll lose weight the first month maybe but then your body will go into starvation mode and you will begin to turn everything you eat into fat cells for your body to store. id say stick to about 900 calories a day and you should lose weight not fast but at least healthy |

1.Zone out. There’s a reason why people exercise to their favorite music – listening to external stimulus takes your mind off of the physical activity. That’s the secret to making “exercise time” fly. If you’re concentrating on what your body is doing, the session is going to drag on for what will seem like days. Buy a portable music player, or situate yourself in front of a television. |

You might not believe this, but if you stick to a healthy dietary habits by eating small meals throughout the day like every 3 hours, protein shakes and copious amounts of water you will lose body fat and maintain size. Things like bread and pasta should be kept to a minimum, they are still needed and are good if you need that extra energy to get through a workout. Just don't over do them! Losing muscle mass occurs when you are on a 'diet' that denies your body the nutrients needed to sustain strength. You can also take some of the supplements on this site to help speed up your weight loss. aeleevo.notlong.com |

Cardio exercise definitely helps, but mostly it's what you EAT. It's good to eat lots of fiber. Here's my diet - I eat diet cookies (yummy chocolate chip) that are packed with fiber, so it makes you go to the bathroom at least 2 times per day, so it cleans out your body. And also I replace 1 meal per day (lunch or supper) with a diet shake and a diet cookie. If you are ever interested in my diet, get ahold of me on here!! emmadallaire@yahoo.com |
