Its a boring and futile diet. You need to have chappati and rice on alternate days. Being fit, strong and healthy is also imporatnt along with losing some calories. Try to follow this one, will help you. Early morning 1 glass tender coconut water and after an hour, one lemon with 1 1/ 2 spoon of honey in luke warm water. Breakfast Avoid milk, introduce cereals or simply bite a whole wheat bread sandwich with tomato and cucumber without butter. Snack is fine Lunch Avoid milk again, i assume bafela magg is some kind of pulse. But its not enough, you need one small katora rice and some vegetables too. 4.00 pm snack can be lighter. Maybe 2-3 cereal biscuits along with black tea and honey. 7.00pm keep it very light. Sit ups will not help you lose weight. you have to sweat and burn calories. You need to brisk walk atleast for 60mts everyday in the mornings...and slowly progress to running / jogging for 1/ 2 hour. Avoid sugar completely, use honey instead...but in minimum quantity.. Do some stretching routines of yoga. play some table tennis or badminton in the evening. Dont just drink water, keep drinking warm water. Eat only one apple a day. Introduce oranges and watermelon also into your fruit menu. make it interesting and You will be good in 45 days.

Weight loss is a tricky topic. Lots of people are unhappy with their present weight, but most aren't sure how to change it - and many would be better off staying where they are. You may want to look like the models or actors in magazines and on TV, but those goals might not be healthy or realistic for you. Besides, no magical diet or pill will make you look like someone else. So what should you do about weight control? Hope this can help u. :)

Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing. There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there's also the Jojo-effect. The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports. Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That's an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ? - Healthy life every day! Take care, :-)
