He ya I am 13 years old and is the 6 week hols, and when i go back to school I want to be fit and healthy. I go to the gym 2 times a week and go on the treadmill I have at my house when I have free time. I also do a lot of walks, bike rides, cricket and tennis. I have lost a lot of weight and am really proud of myself but I need to tone it I focus on my core muscles and do sit ups and press ups e.c.t but they ain't working my sister says some people aren't made for hopefully one day I'll have one a six pack Any ideas which will tone my stomach?Thanks for all your help seriously I truly appreciate it D

For breakfast I ate huevos a la Mexicana Mexican style eggs, they have jalapenos, onion and tomato .Some time later I ate an apple as a snack.Then for lunch I ate a chicken salad without dressing.Right now I just ate celery.I have yet to eat dinner, I don't know what to make, any ideas?Did I eat good enough to lose weight?

Ok so long story short. I use to weigh like 114lbs wore a size 3 jeans beginning of Freshman year. I went to a certain school place and the food there was unhealthy and not filling so i ate alot but we didnt have gym enough. plus i just got on depoprovera bc so i gained like...30 40lbs in 5 6 months. I got stretch marks and that gross..cellulite..ugh and wear a size 9 jean Well now I am 18, out of school and have been off Depo for around 2 years. I currently weigh like 137 lbs or so, it goes up and down but the lowest has been 135. Well ok so my boyfriend is in great shape, and i just feel sort of disgusting naked next to him because i think the girl should be smaller then the guy. he says he loves my body and such like my butt, which i am constantly subconscious about because of the cellulite. idk if he has noticed it or just ignoring it but i constantly like am walking backwards from him or bending over so it doesnt show. I got a job and have been biking alot lately. I'm wondering if this will make my legs skinnier and make that gross stuff go away. i already have thick legs and ankles so i just want to have slim sexy legs...my proportions are crazy off.like...36 38C boobs, 27 inch waist then a 41 in on my butt.. its just mostly my legs, so what can i do to slim them down and wiegh like...120lbs or lesswhat im doing wrongi eat candy more often now ...and potpies.. alot of nuked food cause i live with my bf and his dad so its like bachelor foodi'll eat healthier but i need energy to bikesorry this is alot but i hope you can help methank you well mostly my question is...will exercising and losing weight and slimming down my legs make the cellulite disappear? its like everywhere on my thighs and butt and if i squueze my lower legs you can see it

If I want to lose weight, should I use the fat burn or cardio setting on the machines at the gym?
Maybe an obvious answer to this but there are two settings on the machines in my gym, cardio and fat burn. If I'm looking to get a bit trim so which setting should I be using? I'm doing all the appropriate abs work, but need to make my cardio work out more effective. THANKS

Nothing drastic. I've just noticed that I seem to be getting a little bigger. I used to work out a lot but for some reason I stopped and never really got back into a routine. I don't know where i should start. Obviously I want a better diet and a good workout routine, but I don't think that I am in need of a drastic change in order to get healthier. I don't want to shock my system. Where should I start?
