I dont understand what 4 20 oz bottles is, but drink 2+ cups water per hour. do you eat and dairy, if not then take a calcuim supp. or eat broc. or drink soy milk with added calcium. you only eat 1/ 2 veggie serv.s, your sapose to eat 3+ serv.s veggies. a serv is about the size of your fist, 3d. your sapose to have 2+ serv of fruit. workout 2+ hour. eat 6+ times a day, 1-2hours apart. it depends on your height and weight to determine if its healthy for you to loose weight. the bmi works to tell if your underweight, but it doesnt work to tell if your overweight, beacuse 5lbs of muscles is 5 times smaller then 5 lbs of fat. the more muscles, the healthier. if your too fat, or to thin, then its unhealthy. you can get a body fat percentage scan at the gym to determine if your in a healthy body fat range. even if you are obese and should loose weight, its still not healthy to starve yourself. |

Nope unhealthy our not eating lunch, the reason you dont feel hungry is because your body got used to the routine, and so made a substitute. Since your body realises it has to wait longer periods of times without eating, it stores more of what you eat as fat. So yto avoid this, eat lunch no matter what, ti will start to feel normal. |

If you ain't hungry then see a doctor; you may have a medical or psychological issue that needs to be dealt with before you damage your body. Its never healthy to starve your body - you aren't just burning fat but muscle and organs as well as depriving it of nutrients it needs to be healthy and grow. |

Sounds like you just need to kick start your metabolism. Try eating five or six times a day rather than two or three. But make the meals much smaller and make sure they are healthy. Or you could just try cutting down your portions and eating more fruits and veggies. There are also several different supplements that can assist you with weight loss. This site lists a couple that actually worked. iceipho.notlong.com |

Weight loss is a tricky topic. Lots of people are unhappy with their present weight, but most aren't sure how to change it - and many would be better off staying where they are. You may want to look like the models or actors in magazines and on TV, but those goals might not be healthy or realistic for you. Besides, no magical diet or pill will make you look like someone else. So what should you do about weight control? Hope this can help u. :) |
