Question: Loose weight diet for men inc exercise?

I go the gym quite often now, but i put on alot of weight since I stopped going nearly 2 years ago. Whats a good diet plan to try and loose this belly of mine :P Looking for specific meals as examples if you can. Thanks :- D

Start with a solid base of vegetables. Make sure you have a variety of types and colors. Add some fruit, especially berries. This should comprise the majority of the carbohydrates you take in. Add some meat, fish, poultry, and eggs, some nuts and seeds. Have some yogurt, preferably Greek yogurt without sugars added. You can mix fruit and nuts into it. Eat a bit of hard cheese as well. Drink some whole milk if you wanty to gain weight. Avoid sugars and starchy foods. Contrary to popular belief, eating a lot of grains is not going to provide you with optimum health. You can get all of the carbs and fiber you need by eating enough vegetables and fruit. I would recommend strength training in addition to some sort of metabolic conditioning/ cardio. You could probably even follow these workouts: fitness-solution.blogspot.com/ Without knowing your specific fitness goals, it's hard to give a lot more feedback on a proper exercise program.

Hey there, I had the same issues too. A friend of mine just introduced me to a 90day weight loss challenge, now Im in day 15 of it and Im down 9lbs, 3 belt knotches and 2 chins, no lie! Eat lean meats, baked, broiled, or grilled. whole grains. low fat dairy. fresh fruit. raw or steamed vegetables. eat a variety of fruit and vegetables, as they say "a rainbow ". different colors provide different nutrients. drink lots of water. watch portion sizes. they are very important. these sites can help with menus.
