i'm 22 yrs old. 5'2" and 130 ibs. i exercise regularly. but i want to lose about 15 20 ibs of fat and gain muscle. want nice abs. what should i do? i've been doing pilates, it's great, but still dont see anything. i'm just having trouble with choicing the right foods. i want to start taking whey protein to add more protein to my diet. will that bulk me up? also , my friend suggested i should take " muscle milk" instead, even though it has so many calories she insists that it won't make me gain since i work out regularly. i guess my body has gotten used to the exercise so i feel like i need to do 3x more to lose the fat. WHAT SHOULD I DO??? please help thanks my body fat is about 25 %

I need a diet plan. Trying to lose fat, build muscle in Iraq?
Im confused as to what sort of diet i should follow. I lost 75 pound before i got into the army, using a low calorie diet, but now with mission and all that stuff,im not sure if thats a good idea. Plus its pretty hard to follow a low calorie diet when you wake up at 5 and goto bed at 9 most days. Im also not sure if I should eat alot of healthy food because Its easy for me to gain weight... and i gotta make tape weight for my PT tests.Does anybody have any sort of idea as to what kinda diet plan I should use? I work out almost everyday for 1 2 hours.

Tips for toning up/losing fat Building Muscle?
I've been dieting and exercising for awhile now, I'm down to my desired weight 5'2 112 but I still look a little out of shape.. I know this can be fixed by lifting more weights. Would 10 a minute run then a 30 minute weight train twice a week do the trick? Any workout advice that might be better? and during this workout should I still be cutting calories?I have been running 30 minutes a day 3 times a week and eating under 1000 calories...and though I have lost a lot of fat, it's just not cutting it..

Need Help Losing fat building muscle !!?
Hey, I'm a 16 almost 17 year old male. I'm 6'4 and weigh around 260 pounds which is really excessive and its fat not muscle ' . Up until this point I don't exercise at all and spend a lot of time on the computer which I'm cutting but as I join the gym. I'm joining the gym with a buddy of mine and working out starting this Saturday.
