I need a diet plan. trying to lose fat, build muscle in iraq?

Question: I need a diet plan. trying to lose fat, build muscle in iraq?

Im confused as to what sort of diet i should follow. I lost 75 pound before i got into the army, using a low calorie diet, but now with mission and all that stuff, im not sure if thats a good idea. Plus its pretty hard to follow a low calorie diet when you wake up at 5 and goto bed at 9 most days. Im also not sure if I should eat alot of healthy food because Its easy for me to gain weight... and i gotta make tape/ weight for my PT tests. Does anybody have any sort of idea as to what kinda diet plan I should use? I work out almost everyday for 1- 2 hours.

Eat a healthy, balanced diet. Make sure you are eating about 168g of protein a day. Cut down on fats and sugars but don't cut them out of your diet because your body still needs them. You can follow a low calorie diet regardless of shifts, you just have to be strict with yourself.
