I'm planning to do 30min ddr in the morning as cardio and do some strenght traning and replace 4 meals with slim fast except for lunch. how much do you guys think i will lose in 8 weeks?

I've had 2 knee surgeries since June and the lack of activity is really starting to impact my figure. I need a diet exercise routine to help lose fat & gain some of my muscle mass. I do have access to a community gym.I wasn't sure if I should go on a high protein diet?? Note I have a loosened ACL and my knee is pretty unstable right now so I cannot participate in sportsI do a healthy well balanced diet. But I was looking for some ideas to jump start the fat lose and muscle gain.

Tuesday Upper Body Bowflex Resistance Training. Wednesday Cardiovascular Walking 30 40 minutes. Thursday Lower Body Legs, Thighs, etc. Bowflex Resistance Training. Friday Cardiovascular Walking 30 40 minutes. Saturday Optional Upper Body, Lower Body, and or Cardiovascular Training. Sunday BREAK also, i did a 41 51 minute walk today and burned 485 calories and 151 fat calories and walked 2.83 miles

How many calories to eat per day to lose FAT & gain muscle?
My stats are 5'0, 16 years old, 96 lbs I know it sounds small, but I'm too flabby My thighs are 20 inches around at the thickest part, which is weirdly unproportionate to the rest of me , and very active. I use an elliptical for 35 minutes 6 times a week, burning 400 500 calories each time. I tried a bunch of BMR calculators and some said, to maintain my weight, I should eat 1600 WITH the exercise I do while others say I should eat somewhere closer to 2700. So I'm confused How many should I eat?IMPORTANT BUT I'm currently working on trying to burn fat and gain muscle, so how many calories a day do I need to do that, less or more? I want to change my appearance, but not my weight At least, I don't want to get lighter, just smaller and toner.I also do an hour pilates class every three days, and I do squats and lunges and crunches whenever I can, almost every day. Am I on the right track to getting rid of fat and gaining muscle?

I'm currently at 185lbs standing at 5'10.I gained weight over the years...I had a stocky built before, now it's all fat.I was 125 at 5'8 when I was 13, moved up to 150lbs when I was around 16 at 5'10, now I'm currently 19 at 185 at 5'10.What are some extreme work outs I can do to burn all my body fat and throw on muscle? Best way to lose fat/gain muscle?
Now, I used to pride myself on physical fitness, but lately I have put on quite a bit of weight. I weigh 166 right now, and I want to lose like 15 20 lbs. I have cut how much I eat, and have started exercising like crazy, but I haven't lost much. Anyone have any ideas? I'm doing all things from sit ups, push ups, running, swimming, biking, and more. I need more help

i want to gain some muscle and lose some flab. im 4'11 and 100 lbs. it doesnt sound fat, and im not, but i have small fat all over my body, im definately not skinny. ive been tryin to eat healthier lately, but i still dont lose anything. i play about 3 hours a day five days a week basketball, and still nothing. but i need better diet plans. i like to swim, if that helps. btw im 13. but please dont tell me oh its gonna melt off after puberty. i want to gain the lean muscle and lose the flab by the end of summer, which is about a month and a half away.

Im sick of this and just want the truth about losing fat gaining muscle?
im 5'8 weigh 155 and have fat on me and i hate it. its not soo much but ive been fat all my life and i lost alot of weight last summer but now im in the " average" level I am bench pressing and lifint gweights working out my whole body but its not getting tighter instead the muscle is building and making my fat stick out more. what can i do? ? i hate chest fat. if i keep working out lifting heavy weights will it just make me look worse?
