I've never really worked out before, what can I do to lose fat in two weeks?
I'm not at all athletic, I can't run far or fast at all. I'm fourteen years old by the way. What can I do so I actually lose fat in two weeks? I know that you need to do cardio to lose fat, so what should I do & how much?I'm not fat, but I AM chubby & really want to lose fat all over for my spring break trip. Honest Answers please? Thanks.
How to lose fat in two weeks?
I have roughly two weeks before school starts and bought school close about three weeks ago. I've gained a little extra since then unfortunately and have some extra fat hanging over my front sides. My friend was able to lose 4 lbs in two weeks which I think is healthy but my question is how what can I do to lose that visible weight in two weeks or is it possible. Meals and some exercise routines would be appreciated.
