Building Muscle/lose fat workout? advice?
Okay i wake up between 10 12 every morning run 2.5 3 miles. i intend to increase this distance after a few weeks. then i drink 1 glass of skim milk and eat oatmeal. later that day around 5 7 i lift weights for an hour or so. the lifting technique i do is focusing on 1 or 2 body parts a day. like Monday is Biceps Triceps, Tuesday Is legs, Wednsday is back and so on. I am takign the supplements glutamine and whey protein 48g post lift. also i take 2 bcaa pills. Is this a good routine? should i jumprope or do some other cardio after lifting? i want to lose a little body fat and gain muscle. any advice helps thanks
