I need help dieting? good way to lose pounds fast?
im a guy, 14 years old, 5'8, and i weigh around 187.i need to know some good exercises to slim down before summer starts.last august i only weighed 166.ive been doing 50 sit ups a night, for about 2 3 weeks now, anything else?also, do you know any way to stick to my diet, like, self control, thanks

Right now, i eat 2000 calories a day, and my excersize is monday walking throuhout the day, at night 100 sit ups, 100 " bicycles, 1 minute plank. not much, i know.Tuesday walking during day, basket ball for an hour, and the night thing Wednesday same as MondayThursday same as TusdayFriday same as MondaySaturday same as Monday plus mega hardcore shopping. hahahaha.sunday Thursday.So i think i'm gonna bring it down to like 1600 a day. and add some more excersize on the empty days.how much excersize should i add,and how?and how does that sound?????keep in mind im 13, and my parents CANT know.btw, in case u r wondering for btter idea of what i should try.,im 5'2 and a halfand 98 lbs.please add something useful,not " u dont need to gain weight" bumpee dee bump.

Yes I know, not healthy.
