EMERGENCY, have to lose weight in a day?
I just found out I am going to a pool party tomorrow with some hotties...and I totally got all the signs today that I should start my period like any second, probably tomorrow knowing my luck. Anyway, is there ANYYY way or pill or diet I can do in a day that will make me lose at least 2 pounds by tomorrow night. I know coke or speed is the best way because I used to lose 6 pounds a night doing that, but I am not interested in drugs anymore.Oh and it would be even better if you can tell me how to prevent the period I know is coming thank you thank you

Alright heres the situation, coming off the holidays I dugg myself a pretty big hole. I have a wrestling tournament tomorrow and Im wrestling at 145... but right now Im weighing around 147 148 ... I need to be 145 or less by 3 30 tomorrow . I've done this sorta thing before, I usaully run with a trashbag and sweats on untill im to the weight I need to be at, but Ive found it really takes a tole on my body for the match ... Im dehydrated, feel weak and usaully have like noo energy . So Please suggest a good way to lose the weight tonight and what I should eat or drink tomorrow that would be okay for me and wouldnt make me gain too much weight.Thanks in advance guys ...
