Sweat it off (which is only water not really fat), but you will drop pounds - this is what wrestlers do to make weight. |

Well, you won't be able to lose any real fat weight. The best you can do is get wrapped up in as many layers of clothes possible then do about 45 minutes of cardio. You will sweat off about 2 pounds |

Eat lots of foods that are naturally diuretic - like lettuce. You will need to wee more and lose a bit that way! |

You can only sweat off like inches. Wrap yourself in almost a plastic wrap all on your problem areas. Work out for atleast 45 min. work HARD and SWEAT HARD. |

If you just want to fit into a dress for tonight, hit the nearest foundation store anb buy some "shape ware " (AKA a girdle or tummy tamer). Probably cheaper than a body wrap at a salon, and you can wear it again whenever you need it! |

I think thats impossible but you could go and get a body wrap which will take off inches and drink lots of water to stop bloating. I don't think there are any quick fixes when it comes weight loss (i wish there was though) |

Do Loads Of Exersize And Eat Loads Of Fruit And Vegtables Because The More Fatty Foods You Eat It Gets Stored Inside Your Stomouch And Thats Why Your Tummy Is The Most Fattest Part Of Your Body, And Your Legs. My Legs Are Massive At The Top Of Them And I Hate It. Do not eat at all. Drink as much water as you want, walk all day, increase the time you work out for that day. Going shopping that day is a great way to walk and that'll keep your mind away from eating thoughts. |
