i am not afraid of cardio, I have tried spinning love it, however my joints did not and my doctor has told me to stop, I took up running, which threw out my back, I am so tired of being overweight, I felt best at 125 but have not been that in over 14 years, before the births of my sons, I tired weightwatchers and nutrisystem and althought them had temp. results they were not satifsfy and much to difficult to stick too. any advice is welcomed.

i am going away on July 28 and I NEED TO LOSE A LOT OF WEIGHT so, i am thinking of walking everyday. would this regime work?Mon Sun 5.45 6.45 walking power walking sometimes, 8.15 8.45 walking to school 3.30pm 4.10 walking from school to home 6.30 7.30 walking jogging and also, i don't eat a lot of fatty foods or food much really so will that help?for lunch at school i have fruits or yogurt, that's all.however i do tend to be little keen on sweets, i mean who isn't? I would like to be 130 in one month or less. I refuse to starve myself or go on diet pills. I am more than willing to exercise. I have a healthy diet plan. 1100 1400 calories per day depending on howw hungry I am but if im ever hungry, i'll eat, even if it means having more than 1400 calories for the day. WHat is a good fitness plan? I dont have access to gym, wii, tv, or poolby the way, i plain to be less than 130 not anorexic but thinner but for now, i am going to start with 130i plan

Hey there,I recently had dental work that means I'm unable to eat normally. I live a very healthy lifestyle and excersize 5 times a week for 2 hours at the gym. I eat healthy too. I was losing weight before steadily.Now in this last week I've lost 10 lbs and I would love to keep it off, So what I'm asking is, if I go back to exercising and eating healthy can I keep the 10 lbs off? It's not water weight as I've been drinking alot and keeping hydrated.
