Hey there, I recently had dental work that means I'm unable to eat normally. I live a very healthy lifestyle and excersize 5 times a week for 2 hours at the gym. I eat healthy too. I was losing weight before steadily. Now in this last week I've lost 10 lbs and I would love to keep it off, So what I'm asking is, if I go back to exercising and eating healthy can I keep the 10 lbs off? It's not water weight as I've been drinking alot and keeping hydrated.

Remember you need Three (3)Things The first 2 are Willpower & Wont power Wont eat Junk food Wont drink soda's and Wont eat Ice Cream Will Exercise everyday Will eat Healthy foods Cycling, Swimming Tennis and Brisk Walking, Skating is good too Sound like hard work? 2 coin a phrase 'just do it!' Yes you can keep it off if you continue to exercise and eat right... but for abot a month, be very careful about what you eat
