Question: I've lost weight quickly.. how can i keep it off?

Hey there, I recently had dental work that means I'm unable to eat normally. I live a very healthy lifestyle and excersize 5 times a week for 2 hours at the gym. I eat healthy too. I was losing weight before steadily. Now in this last week I've lost 10 lbs and I would love to keep it off, So what I'm asking is, if I go back to exercising and eating healthy can I keep the 10 lbs off? It's not water weight as I've been drinking alot and keeping hydrated. |
