Planning on changing my physical appearance by losing weight excercise-free. I have a few questions tho..?
First of all, heres some info about me Im 15 and 5" 7, im around 4kg overweight. During my summer holidays my parents left to go on holiday and left me with my 18 year old brother at home. For four weeks we have lived on fast food including kebabs, pizzas, chips, chocolate digestives and fizzy drinks. Recently i've discovered that my stomache has came out more and im developing manboobs 1 I've ben doing 50 situps bent legged and 50 situps straight legged every day before i sleep for the past 4 days. Is this necessary?2 Will I see a difference in my physical shape in 7 days if i change my diet to noodles, juice, pasta, spaghetti and other healthy food? No excercise or breakfast.3 Will the fact that I poo once every 2 3 days PURELY because i decide to hold it in effect my progress?4 I sleep around 6 hours a day, will this effect my progress?But the main question is, will i lose weight if i improve my diet phenomenally without excercising?Thanks for taking your time reading this, advice is always welcome Haha that made me lol PDo i NEED to excercise? or is it just easier if i do? because i tried it and im sick of going in the shower every day > < thx for answering by the way, clearly ur knowledgable Oh, ktown just answered that thx everyoneappreciate the motivation DCan somebody give me examples of food i SHOULD eat?
Lose weight(excercise, not diet)?
I am 13 and i weigh 51kg 112.2lb. I am 163cm 5'4 tall. I just want to lose a little weight. Like 3 4kg and i want to focus on the upper thighs, belly and upper arms. I just thought that I should exercise now because once the holidays are over, I am going to be so busy and i wont have the chance to do it. I have started jogging and walking about 40 mins. I just want to noe more exercises. Home exercises would be perfect coz sometimes, I am not allowed to go out.I just want exercises at home without any equipment.
What are some good ideas to stay motivated to better your health? Lose weight/excercise. That kinda thing.?
For the past few years i've been lazy, I'll admit it. Now I wanna start taking better care of myself. I think of so many things I should change like developing normal sleeping patternseating better and eating regular mealsdrinking watergetting a lot more exerciseand most importantly building self confidence.As you can see I have an idea of what I should be doing but I need some ways to keep me motivated. In the past it's been the classic story start off strong and slowly get bummed out enough to quit or just loose interest. I'm wondering if anyone has a remedy to that. For the weight loss area I've thought of the cheesey idea, putting pictures of thin people I admire around to remind me I need to work hard. I dont have a complex where I think I'll die if I dont look like them but I've noticed seeing them helps me to remember I need to lose weight if I wanna look better. Does this ever work for anyone positively? What are some other ideas to help me stay focused?
Whats the best way to get your girlfriend to lose weight, excercise and eat healthier?
my gf isnt fat but she's starting to get a little bit of pudge she still looks good , but i want to quash the problem while i can. plus im a somewhat of a health nut, and i i dont like heavy women her sister is really heavy and scares me that she might look liker her , so it drives me nuts about how she pretty much lvies off of candy bars, potato chips, and ice cream and rarely excercises except for yoga. i see it and get mad and just wanna rip it out of her hands, 1 because i dont want her to get heavy and 2 for her own health. ive tried to broach the subject gently and say its for her own good to avoid health problems later on, but she always gets really uspet and she was anorexic a few years back so i have to go easy. anyone have any good ideas to motivate her more without really ticking her off?
I'm trying to lose weight - excercise machines?
I currently run a mile on the treadmill, and I use this machine that works the legs and arms and do about 300 different types of crunches and tummy excercises. I'm also trying to eat healthier. I want to buyexcercise machines but I'm trying to figure if the Ab Lounge Sport will work better then me on the floor, or if i should get an elliptical, or an at home gym. Which would work better for me to lose some weight? thanks

I'm 15 and am travelling to Melbourne soon but what I'd like most in te world is to be able to wear a bikini cofidently while I'm there. This is my motivation but I really need to know ow to lose weight fast because I'm running out of time, we're talking 2 months to lose as much weight as possible. The areas needed targeting is stomach,thighs and butt. PLEASE help
