I am 13 and i weigh 51kg/ 112.2lb. I am 163cm/ 5'4 tall. I just want to lose a little weight. Like 3- 4kg and i want to focus on the upper thighs, belly and upper arms. I just thought that I should exercise now because once the holidays are over, I am going to be so busy and i wont have the chance to do it. I have started jogging and walking about 40 mins. I just want to noe more exercises. Home exercises would be perfect coz sometimes, I am not allowed to go out. I just want exercises at home without any equipment.

Jogging is great but maybe swimming as an alternative itsgreat for toning. but if u cant go out try stationary bike. but it sounds like u just need to tone up - so try calisthetics (sp) hope it helps x

Why dont you go up and down the stairs (the first 3 or 4)and then do that for about 15 mins per day
