Question: Lose weight(excercise, not diet)?

I am 13 and i weigh 51kg/ 112.2lb. I am 163cm/ 5'4 tall. I just want to lose a little weight. Like 3- 4kg and i want to focus on the upper thighs, belly and upper arms. I just thought that I should exercise now because once the holidays are over, I am going to be so busy and i wont have the chance to do it. I have started jogging and walking about 40 mins. I just want to noe more exercises. Home exercises would be perfect coz sometimes, I am not allowed to go out. I just want exercises at home without any equipment. |
