There is real no way to lose weight quick without harming your self. There always the healthy and efficient way to lose weight like running/ jogging, push up, swimming (that means actually swimming and not staying in one spot), situps, sauna (helps you sweat), and etc. There is the faster way, but harmful, of taking pills. If thats the route your thinking of, consult a personal doctor or look online for a certain drug and read the side effects and what not. Surgery is never a route i would recommend, but that is also an option. Good luck |
