im not exactly fat but i am a lil chubby and that truly worries me are there any sugestions on special foods or exersises .. now please take in notise that im in n out of skool so theres really not a lot of time for meh any recipes or diets ??

Firstly, i weigh 58.9 kg which is 129 lbs or 9st 3lbs. I'm 5" 9 girl. I know im not fat, my BMI is actually 19, and for me to be considered under weight it would have to be 18.5... so yes, im not fat, but mt thighs and bum are really chubby and make me self conscious? So basically, i want to lose weight, but only from my thighs bum. I've got two months off for summer and i'm thinking running every day, doing squats etc. Just wandered if anyone had any tips on what to what not to eat, and exercises i could do.

I am a teacher at an elementary school, and this is my first year. I figured eating school lunches wouldnt cause me to gain as much weight as I have. I need some tips as to what I could take that's going to help me lose weight. Starting tomorrow I'm going to try to walk for at least 30 minutes a day too.
