Have any losing weight tips?
Firstly, i weigh 58.9 kg which is 129 lbs or 9st 3lbs. I'm 5" 9 girl. I know im not fat, my BMI is actually 19, and for me to be considered under weight it would have to be 18.5... so yes, im not fat, but mt thighs and bum are really chubby and make me self conscious? So basically, i want to lose weight, but only from my thighs bum. I've got two months off for summer and i'm thinking running every day, doing squats etc. Just wandered if anyone had any tips on what to what not to eat, and exercises i could do.

ok so i come home from skool run on my hill at home 10 times , then skip 100 times or more and then rest a lil then do pushups and situps and resistance cord i really wanna lose weight im not even fat lol just a lil fat and i wana tone out my body and i cant go to the gym and idk what sport to do need tips i have irritable bowel syndrome to does that prevent me from getting fit and lean? just asking and i have a hill at home i walk down and run up ten times...my heart beast so fast after

I am 15 years old,Female,african american and overweight.I am 262 pounds,I was 281 about 2 months ago.So yes i've been losing.but I haven't been working out.or really eating healthy for that matter.Atleast not really.I mean I dont drink soda unless it's when I have no other means.I only eat cake if my mom bakes it.and those are small cupcakes actually.I am homeschooled so I don't really get out of the house much during daylight hours.but I have stairs in my home that I go up roughly 13 times a day maybe.Can being depressed make you lose or gain weight?I'm not sure.I've been basically living everday life fat and just going with it,not even noticing it until I go to the doctor last week and they say wow you lost about 20 pounds.Have you been eating better?

My Mon Fri routine is...Food Coffee no sugar, lite milk , water, dinner meat chicken fish, veggies, pasta rice Exercise walking like 10km, running on the spot for 10 15minutes, variety of sit ups, crunches, push ups, star jumps, squats, weights for about 10 15 minutes.Weekend parents are here so I have to be different Food Coffee no sugar, lite milk , water, few mouthfuls of cereal with lite milk, wholemeal sandwich no crust, tuna, grated carrot, tiny bit of grated cheese , dinner meat chicken fish, veggies, pasta rice Exercise 10km walking, 10mins running, 20 minutes variety of exercises like aboveWhat else can I do to lose weight? I've been doing this for about 3 or 4 weeks and have lost 5.5kg, but the holidays start soon, so my weekend thingy will be like every single day for 2 weeks. Im a 22 yr old mother of 2, my youngest is 6 months old so Ive still got some pregnany weight left. However before I started having kids I was 140lbs., I am 5'9" and am now 180 lbs.
