Question: Need to lose weight!!! tips?

My Mon - Fri routine is... Food: Coffee (no sugar, lite milk), water, dinner (meat/ chicken/ fish, veggies, pasta/ rice) Exercise: walking like 10km, running on the spot for 10- 15minutes, variety of sit ups, crunches, push ups, star jumps, squats, weights for about 10- 15 minutes. Weekend (parents are here so I have to be different): Food: Coffee (no sugar, lite milk), water, few mouthfuls of cereal with lite milk, wholemeal sandwich (no crust, tuna, grated carrot, tiny bit of grated cheese), dinner (meat/ chicken/ fish, veggies, pasta/ rice) Exercise: 10km walking, 10mins running, 20 minutes variety of exercises like above What else can I do to lose weight? I've been doing this for about 3 or 4 weeks and have lost 5.5kg, but the holidays start soon, so my weekend thingy will be like every single day for 2 weeks. I know I'll put on a ton of weight, so how can I keep some off? Currently: female, 14 yr old, 161cm (5'3 "), 50kg (around 110lbs I think). Thanks so much! |
