First lets start with the cardio portion....theres sooooo many things you can do besides run. If you dont have alot of time to do 13 mile runs like these people are telling you which is just absurd. You can also try jump ropeing(great for shoulders and triceps and calfs) You can also try short sprints. Also Shadow boxing Cardio kickboxing. Second There is no such thing as spot reduction...What that means is if you do tricep exercises you cant get the fat off the back of your arms...You need a mix of Cardio and anarobic exercise (weight lifting) So do a real nice cardio exercise then do your Ab workout. One other problem I see people running into is that there are sooooo many Great ab workouts but there not doing the proper sets and reps....To tone up that belly Id do 3-8 sets and 10-25 reps anything less youll be building muslce and anything more youll really be overworking the muscle. Lastly Modern science has shown that by working out in the morning you burn more calories thenif you were to work out in any other part of the day. If you were a man mid day would be the essential time to work out because your testostarone is highest at that point of the day causeing you to be able to lift more. The only problem you may run into from working out at night is that you may have trouble winding down and having trouble getting to sleep. Also working out in the morning is benificial because you can get it out of the way and not have to worry about it all day. Id also reccomend working out the abs -4 times a week. and the cardio id do 3-4 days a week as well Just make sure you dont overtrain yourself. This can make you unfoucsed during the day and also instead of building your immune system it can break it down. Lastly THATS AWESOME you dont want to lose it fast you can only lose 1-3 pounds of solid fat a week if your loseing anymore then that its not healthy...also make sure not to starv yourself...thats never ever fun haha. Good luck hope I helped you out. If you need any Ideas on new ab exercises Youtube has a ton also bodybuilding.com is a great site.

The easiest way is to jog for about a mile (12 min) each day and do not eat after 6 p.m.

Cardiovascular workouts like jogging or running help you lose fat.the only difference between the time of day that you exercise is how hot it is outside and how comfortable you are.

Early morning crunches always work really good. try that! like 6:30- 7:00 trust me do as many as you can and then stop just do it three times a week for a few weeks and then make sure to drink pleanty of water and stick to foods with less sugars.

Start jogging at least 20 min everyday; then gradually increase your jogging time. Firs week 20 min/ day, second 22, third 24 until you get to 40 to 45 min/ day and continue doing that indefinitely

Yeah i know what your saying i have the same problem and i need help with losing some wait too. You dont have to go on a diet just eat at least 5 meals a day and they can be little portions. You can walk for 15min slowley the first day and then within a week walk a little faster and by the end of the week you should be running. Eat fuits and drink 8 bottles of water a day. Hopet this helps you:)

All you have to do is eat less fatty foods, ( don't stop eating fatty foods all together as your body needs some) go for a walk/ run/ bike more often, with friends if you want to make it more enjoyable and for the toning i would suggest doing sit ups every day, do as many as you can, try doing around 3 sets of 10 sit ups, and you should be fine, and increase as it gets easier.

Do you see the box near the top of the page? The one labelled 'Search for questions: '? Well type in 'lose weight'. You will find over 20,000 preexisting questions. Try the misspellings 'loose weight' and there are another 5,500. In all there are over 60,000 Health section questions requesting solutions to being or thinking you might be overweight. On average these each yield 6 answers, that is over 360,000 answers. I can usefully summarise these answers in 4 words: EAT LESS DO MORE. Are you desperate enough to try this???
