Okay i've done lots of reading about the Lemonade diet and many people have been able to lose weight. I need to lose about 15 pounds to go from 132 in the 115 117 range and my height is 5'4" .I've tried exercising daily drinking water and eating healthy but the weight is just not coming off and i am really frustrated To see even a few pounds go away would greatly motivate me to continue and not give up. I am considering doing the Mastercleanse for a minimum of 10 days and go for more if I can. I have exactly 3 months to lose this weight and fit into my old clothes again because I am going on a vacation and want badly to feel and look my best.Only reply if you've done the Mastercleanse and have personally lost weight fat inches . I am in a radio contest to lose weight. Please help!?
So I entered a contest on the radio and I was given the fat burners to try. We have 3 weeks to lose the most amount of weight. It doesn't have to be crazy weight loss, just enough to beat 8 other contestants. So I wanted to exercise for 45 mins a day, take the supplements OxyElite Pro and start the cabbage soup diet the last week. Will this work? I am overweight and am using this to kick start my weightloss. I know I run the risk of gaining the weight back but it's only for the contest that I would be doing the soup diet and supplements. Besides that, I have changed my eating habits and have been exercising regularly. I just need this for the contest. It's $5K. Please help

My plan for getting in shape and losing weight....?
Ok, I wanna use the rest of this year to really lose weight and get in shape. I'm gonna be eating fruits, vegetables, whole wheats, low fat dairies and lean protein sources I'm a vegetarian for my own reasons, not weight loss reasons. I don't eat fish or eggs, nor do I eat beans, chick peas or lentils cause I don't like them P so I eat tofu and Morning star vegetarian food and nuts and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on my fruit, and I drink at least 3 liters of water and green tea. I'm totally cutting out soda and sugar and I'm going to watch my calories and make sure I eat no less than 1200 a dayFor exercise, here's my plan 1. This may sound silly, but my sibling and I like to pretend we're performing on stage like a band or something, and we just sing along to songs, but I do alot of running, jumping and dancing. It s usually about an hour to an hour and 20 mins we do that, and I don't jump and stuff the whole time, I gotta catch my breath a little and all.......so it's probably around 30 45 minutes of that..... it's fun so I'm more likely to do it and not get too bored or anything I do that about 5 times a weekAnd I'll be doing 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, too. I plan on doing 10 minutes on my treadmill for two weeks, and then work up to 15, and then after two more weeks I'll do 20, and so on and so forth until I can do 30 minutes straight on the treadmill. My other 25 minutes of cardio will be on my exercise bike or stair walking. I'd sprint up the stairs and walk back down, sprint up, walk down...... and then I'll do one day of strength with things like planks, pilates, crunches, lunges, squats, etc etc.I'll do different types and add some more reps after a while.I wanna lose 30 pounds and gain some muscle tone and get in pretty good shape by the end of this year. This is a lifestyle change, not just a diet plan either.I also will be giving myself a light cheat meal once a week. Probably a skinny cow ice cream or something like that.Sound good possible?Enough exercise for weight loss?
