Apparently if an overweight man lost 30 or so pounds, he would gain an inch on his penis. More on that subject on the 'Oprah Show' tomorrow. Have you ever heard this before?
Why don't overweight men show up at Weight Watchers meetings?
There are plenty of overweight and obese men, but I seem to be the only guy at the Weight Watchers meetings I've attended. And it's not like Jenny Craig, LA Weight Loss or the others are any different. Are men just not " joiners" ?

What method has best results for overweight men, age 30 and younger, to develop more muscle tone?
Dieting is out of the question. Literally. I wish to find a muscle toning method that has a reputation of good results, especially for men around 30 years old. I wouldn't be afraid to bet that my boyfriend and very close friend has a BMI of 30 points . I have very limited time to research this on my own, I'm typing this before I plan to go to sleep for the night. And I know he doesn't have a lot of time either. But, point being, besides watching what he eats, what else can a man do that wouldn't involve take time and money out to go to a gym? Or in other words, what do other guys do around the house or out doors to keep in shape? Any help given is greatly aprechiated

Should overweight men be embarrassed to get a massage?
I am a 32 year old male I am 6 4 and I weigh in at around 460lbs. My chiropractor says I should think about getting massages. I am embarrassed though to take my shirt off, should I be.If you respond with maybe you should go on a diet or anything like that than you can keep your comments to yourself. I will ignore them.
Is it true that overweight men has fatter dicks because they are fat?
In my curiousity I have know a few men who are really overweight that seems like their dick is bigger and I was wondering if it's because of the fat that is making their dick more bigger because of stored fat. Is this true based on my experience of seeing them or not. I want to know if fat can get to the man's dick and I heard that someone had problems with it when they are overweight.I know some short men who have fat ones.
Are overweight men self-conscious?
My Dad is is about 20 or 30 pounds overweight and when the subject of his weight comes up he usually uses self deprecating humor and blows off the comments. Its not that much of a struggle for him to lose weight, about a year ago he gave up drinking beer for lent and he lost 20 pounds in 40 days but then he gained it all back once he started drinking again. I wouldn't bring up the issue with him, but he keeps complaining that he never gets a good sleep and is always having trouble breathing. He is always complaining about it and I know that the only solution is for him to lose weight. I would like a man's perspective, are you guys just as self conscious as women when it comes to being overweight?

Then in the next shot, he smacks his butt testing how big it was? Its not a new commercial, came out last year. I think it was a cereal commercial? or a weight loss plan commercial?
