I want to lose my tummy excercise so Im trying to?
I used to weigh 110 pounds and was 5'2, now im 5'2 and a half but I weight 120 pounds My friends always say I look really thin, but the truth is theyve never actually seen me wear tight clothes. Since volleyball season is over, ive been gaining weight, and the fact that I left all my friends to go to another school just adds on to the stress, causing me to be depressed and eat more. I actually have three questions, so...1 If I ride my excercise bike in home for 10 minutes on hil, a setting that makes it harder to pedal, will it count as cardio excercises?2 What are some really good tummy excercises to lose my tummy fat? My tummy is really big, the size of small pillow, and it bunches up when I wear tight clothes, looking really gross.3 Yesterday I tried to bike, but afterwards my face looked extremely round, and so do my thighs. is this normal? or is it just because i havent excercised much recently?
