Fitness and weight losing tips please?
Age 16 and a halfWeight 232lbs. as of 2 weeks agoHeight 5" 11 or 71 inchesBMI 32.4 obese grade 1Strengths I can jog for a half mile before taking a break, and commitment.Concerns Upper chest man boobs , mid section, and thighs.Plans continuing workout, drink plenty of water, portioned meals.For the past two weeks ive been taking jogs around my block about .5miles each time around and doing about 4 6 laps a day. Will this help burn fat all over my body by running? I know weight lifting will help too. Also, what would be good to help get rid of my man boobs. Theyre big for not just exercising lately. Any ideas on what causes growth or how to get rid of them. Puberty is also a factor and i take that into consideration. Thank you for any help.

I'm a little over weight oh, who am i kidding I'm 150 lbs. for crieing out loud1 My New Years Resolution was to lose weight.once i even over heard an adult telling someone that I was overweight I was both MAD and upset But somehow i just cant do it I see a yummy snack and I just can't walk away So I need some tips on how to say no to a fattening snack,doing more exercise just so you know I live in a very small neighborhood so please nothing to complex , and ant thing ease you think would help Thanx Madi I'm 11 years old Scary overweight right

HeyIm 15 years old and getting quite down about my weight.i am a size 14 in UK clothes, and my bust is 34d.i hate feeling bigger than everyone and feeling down about my body and feeling self concious.i dont eat to much, but i seem to be eating the wrong thing.i need ways of doing exersize that are enjoyable and wont just make me bored.im not seriously unfit. i participate in sport and enjoy it. i just wanna loose abit of weight from around my hips, thighs and bum. anyone got any tips for this sort of thing?

Weight lose tips, please?
I'm 16, about 2 pounds over weight but my doctor says on my frame it's fine and my body fat percentage is about 20 % which is healthy enough. I am prone to putting on extra weight, primarily in my hips and I'm pretty hour glass figured. I'm also a vegan and I don't drink sodas often at all or fruit juices and I also don't eat much " junk food" or any fast food. I only drink alcohol once or twice a week and about 4 8 shots in a go, not usually mixed drinks.Does anyone have food workout suggestions? I have access to a gym, swimming pool, etc.Please I never seem to drop weight and I might be going to Mexico in April, if not i'd still like to be thinner for summer.Oops, I forgot to mention I'd like to lose much more than the extra 2 pounds, maybe more like 12 20
