OK so I made a mistack last time I ask this sorry I should have used more detail I'm trying to get a killer bodie like Zac Efron's or Brandon Stoughton so when I come back to my old school after the summer of 2009 but I don't have any weights or equipment besides my tredmeal.I want to surprise them and I want to feel better of myself.Please help me out.

Drinking more water is good for your skin and weight. Drinking less water is dangerous to your health, but drinking more doesn’t have any side-effects (unless you count more bathroom visits), in fact it actually increases your blood circulation, metabolism rate, staying hydrated, healthier skin, more energy and many more benefits. There are a lot of question and doubts that juice, coffee, soda, or any other liquid is not to be considered in your daily water consumption, but the truth is it can be. Any sort of liquid or liquid in solid food is liquid that can be used by your system for digestions, hydrating the muscles, carrying blood to organs and etc. Starting the habit of drinking more water is a conscious step that you can take yourself.

If you can afford it, I heard P90X works terrifically. If not, go to the gym and have a daily work out routine. Eat small 6 meals a day with breakfast as your largest. Drink a protein shake before and after workouts, and since you are trying to gain muscle mass, try Muscle Milk. Meet with a trainer at the gym. They're full of muscle knowledge and will help your excel in a faster way.

Just DON'T stave, but try eating very healthy food and drink lots of water. Don't eat big meals specially after 5 PM. Eat lots of fruit nothing fried and no bread or pasta. Mainly salads boiled things and you know all that healthy stuff we don't like ;o) Good Luck
