I'm a little over weight oh, who am i kidding I'm 150 lbs. for crieing out loud1 My New Years Resolution was to lose weight.once i even over heard an adult telling someone that I was overweight I was both MAD and upset But somehow i just cant do it I see a yummy snack and I just can't walk away So I need some tips on how to say no to a fattening snack,doing more exercise just so you know I live in a very small neighborhood so please nothing to complex , and ant thing ease you think would help Thanx Madi I'm 11 years old Scary overweight right

ok, i have been working out everyday, eating good and drinking pretty much just water. i have cut out all of my sodas and everything. im even taking cleansing pills. does anyone have any other ideas on ways to drop these extra pounds?

well when i was 15 4yrs ago. i was 280 pounds, but i made my way down to 160 in 8 months, stayed there till i was 17 yrs old, when i turned 17 i gained 30 pounds and iv been stuck in the low 200's and the high 190's for the past 2yrs. and its getting annoying because no matter what i do i can't take of that extra 30 pounds , what is my normal weight? im 5'11, medium sized body frame.. what should i be around? thanks for the help everyone by the way i don't eat that much only 2 chicken burgers per day witch is about 600 cals.

ok.. il tell u facts about me and im going to ask a couple of questions at the end.Im 13177.6 lbs5 foot 4 6 inchesI eat when Im usualy craving for somthing to chew, but i stop when im supose too.Im planning to do some activites like football.. i just quit soccer cuz i moved..NOW THE QUESETION PART If im 13 what should my weight be?Im 177.6 lbs.. i am in the 9th grade and i want to look great for summer i am not a lot overweight, just a little. but i do want to lost weight in my belly and thighs.i also want to get rid of a " muffin top" and lovehandles.i cant just go running, or go to a gymare there any things that i can do, like in my room, to help me lose the weight and look good? how many should i do? Hey. I'm going to go on a diet tomorrow. I'm going to eat healthier, and work out more. I am just wondering what kind of work outs will help me lose weight particularly in the stomach, if not that's okay too . Like... certain types of cardio or something like that.
