I've tried a lot of methods to lose weight but this one works great. Cut down on carbs and sugar. Don't eat after 8:00 pm, Try wheat or pumpernickel breads instead of white bread. Now if you follow that take 1/ 2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/ 2 teaspoon of turmeric (spice) right after your last meal. You'll need to wash that down with water. I lost 37 lbs in 15 weeks following that and I have little willpower.

It has to do more with diet than exercise but exercise is important too. Eat you produce FIRST and eat a lot of it. Your body will learn to fill up on the produce and you'll have less of an appetite when you eat the rest of the meal. It takes about 3 to 4 days for your body to adjust but that's how I did it.
