I need a little bit of weight loss advice....?
I am eighteen years old, and starting to get heavy. In highschool when I had fitness I was the weight i should be. since i graduated ive gained almost 30 pounds...I also have pcos which results in me gaining some excess weight around my lower abdominal area. I was just looking for some advice on some ideas for excellent ab workouts i can do at home. I have really wide shoulders...so im kinda scared if i tone down im gonna look like im wearing permanent football pads...i really hate the way that i look, but i know if i lost weight & had a flat tummy i would be a heck of a lot more comfortable..any advice ?

Hi there, I was hoping someone could give me a little advise here.I'm having difficulty losing weight, mainly because I have trouble committing to a routine.I am 5'11" and weight about 165 pounds. Right now my waist measures 28" , my hips 36" and my thighs 24" .I would like to lose 5 inches off of my waist, 2 inches off of my hips, and 5 inches off of my thighs in about 4 to 6 months if that's possible? . However, I don't know the best workout for me. I keep getting conflicting exercise and diet advice. Would anyone happen to know the best exercise diet plan that would help me reach my fitness goal?

hey, so alright, first i will tell you about myself 5 feet, 4135 140 poundssize 7 jeansmedium tops dresses skirts15 years oldso, i would really like to slim down some before i go school shopping in late august. i'm mostly concerned about killing the fat off of my legs thighs overall , and flattening my stomach, because i'm otherwise okay with myself. my ultimate goal in the far future is to become a three, but ik that's unhealthy to do in 2 and a half months, so first is it realistic to become a size 5 by late august? and second how can i do this?i am open to workouts everyday if that's what it takes because i have the time to.thank you so much

I'm 13, I'm 5.1', and weigh about 102 pounds. I guess it's not that much but my boobs stick out don't sag and i have stomach fat. When i put on a shirt, my stomach and boobs are visible. I am an 18 year old girl. I was a skinny little kid, but I started gaining some weight around 5th grade, and got pretty big. I have lost about 20lbs from my highest weight, but that took about two years and I don't want it to take another two years to lose 20 more lbs. I have like 0 willpower and I am hungry ALL THE TIME so I find it hard to control my eating. Even when I eat all healthy I am always hungry. So any tips on exercise or willpower would be AMAZING

My friend needs some weight loss advice?
She is trying to lose weight and really wants to lose between 80 100lbs in a year. I have been working on my own goals but she has a complete different attitude than I do about the process and I hate to put it this way but doesn't put that much effort towards it from what she has told me. So basically I told her what has been working for me which is to work out whether it be walking or more than that but at least something more so than the normal day for her and to watch what she puts into her body. I feel like if she is at least doing more than her normal day as far as " working out" she will at least lose some weight but it won't be nearly as significant as what she wants especially in the time period. I invited her to work out with me a few days a week if she wanted but after the first work out she was wiped and didn't want to continue with my work out plan which is fine but she keeps asking for my help and advice. Any advice to help her out or advice on how to kindly tell her to get her bum in gear would be much appreciated. I just don't want to offend her.

Okay, I am 15 years old weigh about 180, and I am 5 foot 7. I plan on playing Pop Warner football, and to play i need to weigh 145 pounds by September. so i basically need to loose 35 pounds in 2 months, how can i loose this much weight in this short amount of time?

Weight loss advice for 14 year old girl?
hello, i am a 5'2" 14 year old girl. in september i was 155lbs, but then i stopped eating ice cream every day didnt change anything else and weight 145 in early march. i have started counting calories and i make sure i eat AT LEAST 1200 calories a day, but since what i had been eating before weight loss was not filling and high in calories, i am satisfied at about 1000, but i do make sure that i eat 1200 because i know how important it is to eat enough calories. right now i weigh 135 136ish. I exercise about an average of about 200 calories a day. my question is am i eating enough calories or when i stop counting calories will i gain weight because 1200 was too low? my second question is do you think i will be able to reach my goal of 115 120 by september? i will be exercising much more in the summer because i do the swim team 5 days a week for an hour, so i will burn about 300 calories there and i also walk to the pool and back, which is about 50 calories. i want to exercise on top of that, too. also, do you think 1150 120 is a good goal? as you can see, im short and i am also sort of curvy and i am muscular because of swimming.it says my goal a second time and instead of 115 120 it says 1150 120. woops.
