Went to the doctor for weight loss advice!?
Hi, Im 18, 5ft 1" and 8st 110lbs I went to the doctor this evening for weight loss and healthy eating advice, as me and my boyfriend are going to Turkey in the new year and I would of liked to lose a few pounds and tone up He wasn't helpful at all and gave me a presciption for this drug called Reductil. I hadn't planned on using drugs to help me, but I was just wondering......What is Reductil?I'd like to know before I take it, and the doctor obviously knows whats good for me But I just want to make sure

After reading a lot of other people's questions I still need weight loss advice...?
If you could please spare me two minutes just to hear me out. I know there are many questions relating to weight loss on here, and I have read a fair few.I'm a dance student at a performing arts college so I'm very active. My day usually begins at college at half 8 and I don't go home until at least 6pm. As far as my diet is concerned I find it difficult to eat at set times however I aim for my 5 a day, always have breakfast, stay hydrated etc etc. I know for a fact that I don't eat the RDA in calories though I don't starve myself as I know that doesn't help.Since I started college which was Sept 08 I have lost weight definitely all over, the problem I'm having is losing the fat that I've carried as a teen and toning myself up round my middle in particular...I would love to be ripped however I'm finding it so hard and it's so frustrating. At at a mere 5'2 I really need to slim out.My question is, how do I fine tune my diet and exercise routine to lose the pounds?I do the exercise and eat the healthy food which is the standard reply to a question like this but I could do with specifics I'd be over the moon if someone would be so kind to help

Any valuable weight loss advice?
I'm vegan, and I eat just fruits and vegetables. Not even grains, except for some popcorn without butter . I just don't seem to lose weight As soon as I lose a couple of pounds, I gain them back again Can someone please explain this phenomenon and give me some good advice?

I'm 17, and I want to lose about 10 pounds. I eat right around 1200 calories per day, and I integrate exercise into my daily life I walk and bike to school and friend's houses instead of drive, and I walk with ankle weights while I watch TV. I need any sort of tips and advice that you have for me, I've been trying to lose this weight on and off for over a year, and I am trying to figure out how to really commit and just do it

I need serious weight loss advice?
A little background information I am about 17 lbs overweight. When I gain weight, it is all in my stomach area. My goal weight loss would be about 30 lbs, to be at a comfortable healthy weight. I am in my off season from the sport I play volleyball , and I'd like to achieve my weight loss goal in 2 and a half months.My question is what are the best cardio workouts to receive the maximum weight loss possible? I plan on walking long distance, and some running when the weather isn't 30 and below outside. I have weight and core exercises from volleyball, but even in season they didn't do too too much for me. Any good core exercise tips or ideas that have worked for anyone else? I have a realistic time span for this, and I will be very dedicated.Also, I wasn't taught from a young age and even to today to eat vegetables. I am a very picky eater. I plan on eating smaller, healthy portions and snacking on fruit during the day. However, I'd like to discipline myself to eat better, and to eat vegetables salad. Anyone have any advice on how to do so?I'm serious about my weight loss and I need all the advice I can get. Thanks

I really need some weight loss advice...please?
Ok so im 15 and im 5 foot 6 inches and im 140 lbs, i need some advice on how to lose fat in my inner thighs and mid to lower stomach... i have a gym membership but i dont really use it because im never motivated enough to actually go... and im sick of looking in the mirror everyday and hating what i see, and dont get me wrong i DO NOT want to be stick thin i just want to look good... so anyways if anyone can give me any exercises i can do or advice on how to motivate myself that would be great... thanks

Weight loss advice, I'm becoming frustrated?
I'm on Weight Watchers, and have been on it for about a month now. I've lost around 20 pounds but this week it just feels like I'm eating normal and that I'm not losing anything. It's not an issue of not having weight to lose, I'm over 200 pounds... but I'm getting frustrated and I want to keep this up.Any advice?

last year i went from 168 139......def still needed work on my belly at 139lbs but my face look soooo drawn out..that i knew if i pushed for more fat loss..that my face would look AWFUL.So any suggestions...i'm not at 150...actually deliberately gained weight cause my face look sooo weak..drawn out..etc.BUT thing is...i am not happy with my body....i weight 150...5ft 6inches...age 28.
